VBC, also known as Virginia Book Company, originated in 1986 as a more affordable bookstore on the VCU campus. Since its inception, VBC has established itself as a great place to buy Ram gear for the entire family. We pride ourselves on our great customer service and our friendly staff. We love our customers, and it shows. In 2023 VBC transitioned out of the textbook industry and moved into to the beautiful 2 story Victorian home next door, converting it into a unique retail store selling VCU gear, school supplies, and RVA gifts.

I go here to rent textbooks for my class and I gotta say the customer service here is great and the price is actually affordable in my price range. Better than Barnes and Noble prices.(Though I do recommend just finding a pdf or finding a friend that you can share the book with!)
