This location did not have the vehicle I booked nor had an upgrade to offer for the inconvenience. Staff was friendly, however.

They try to hook you for every cent you got. Every penny they can squeeze out of here they squeeze.

Super friendly staff that's super helpful even if you're unable to rent for them they'll help you find a place that you can or at least do their best to try. I was very pleased with the service here.
