“I returned a rental car to this location. All of the staff on duty that day were absolutely spectacular. I meet a gentleman that sings with Larnell Starkey and The Spiritual Seven Gospel Singers. He was a jewel, very respectful and kind when he dropped me off to my destination.

“Flew in late. Missed my morning flight so had to book another one. Came in about 10:30pm. Got to the counter and the lady was very understanding and very helpful. Got the car. The next day I got an invoice for the vehicle being returned. But I still had it for 2 more weeks. Called customer service and they got it sorted out. Very friendly customer service. When I returned the vehicle the same issue happened. The Manager was very helpful. Got to the bottom of the issue.”
“I love Enterprise Rental! The staff in Atlanta, Roanoke, Norfolk or wherever else I have rented have all been awesome. I have not been disappointed yet. Most recently, I rented a Pacifica at Roanoke-Blacksburg Airport. Kaellene, the representative was kind, friendly and professional. The pick up and drop off were flawless. Even though other places may have a little less rate, I am just fine paying more at Enterprise because if the service and car selection! Kudos!”

“If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Nick at the Roanoke Avis location wasn’t just helpful—he was an absolute force of nature. From the moment I walked in, it was clear I wasn’t just dealing with an employee; I was in the hands of someone who treats customer service like a calling.
In under 10 minutes, he had me set up, squared away, and back on the road like I was the only customer in the world. No wasted time, no confusion—just clarity, speed, and a level of professionalism that felt rare and refreshing.
Nick was fast, sharp, and still managed to be warm and personable. It’s like he anticipated my needs before I even said them out loud. The whole experience felt less like renting a car and more like being ushered through a concierge-level travel service.
If Avis handed out capes, Nick would be wearing one. Honestly, if more people operated at his level, the world would spin smoother. Give that man a raise—or at least a throne.”

“Great people and caring staff they won't leave until the customer is satisfied.If you want the best cars on the fleet plus being picked up and treated well go to enterprise I would say they go above and beyond they have my business and I would be back for sure”
