“Not so much about the vehicles but would help feeling safe driving and reliable. More so about customer service. Very friendly, courteous and quick staffs especially Stephany and Ryan, even previous employees. Would recommend this Melrose location any time any day.”

“Everyone at this location is amazing! I previously rented from Avis and they did not honor my repaid $800 car rental! Charlie at alamo was able to get on the phone and find me a vehicle and get me out the door! I later returned with my mother and sister who also rented cars thru Avis and was not able to get any rental!!! Alamo got all 3 of us cars and we were on the road in no time.”

“Everything went smoothly, from making the reservation, to picking the car up, and dropping the car off, and everything in between, and it was a holiday weekend! Will definitely use Enterprise again for our rental car needs.”

“The staff was excellent and super accommodating when I left my keys in the car at the return lot. Prime example of why I only rent through National! Best customer service at a National counter I’ve had yet!”

“I had to have a rental car due to my car being rear-ended and having to be in shop for repairs. I am pleased with my experience with Enterprise. The car itself was a good choice, clean, maintained, and new. The personnel were friendly, courteous, and efficient. I was kept informed about the status of the insurance company payment authorizations. I appreciate the convenience and the professionalism of using Hollins Branch Enterprise.”

“Have had only good experiences here over several rentals. The one time I had an issue with a vehicle, they swapped me into a better one quickly. Will definitely continue renting from them when the need arises.”

“Hi Roanoke Airport, was trying all evening to call you at the desk, no luck as it went to the big call help center. Question, when I arrive on a flight out of NYC at 11pm, do stay open if my light is delayed, . Or a digital check, keys in a box. Is Avis and Budget together. I have a Budget membership. THANKS”

“On my recent trip to Va used enterprise rental. From pre booking to return of vehicle everything was very seamless and easy. Definitely be booking with enterprise for any future rental needs. There was 1 small issue with the vehicle we had selected to rent but Enterprise was able to get it cleared up and us on our way within 5 mins of checking in. From reserving the rental to pick up to drop off everything went very smoothly.”

“The process for renting a car was quick and easy. The service was awesome and the girl was extremely nice at the counter. Drop off was easy as pie but it's the airport and everyone was dropping off so finding a spot was difficult but that is not their fault. We will definitely be using them again and also the price was great too.”

“When I came to pick up my rental, there was a line with 7 people in front of me. Surprisingly, the line moved very quickly and the woman at the counter—Robin- was cheerful and professional with each interaction. By the time I got to the counter (no joke, 7 minutes), Robin looked up, smiled and helped me get on my way within moments. Thank you to Robin and Budget for a professional and pleasant experience. I will certainly use them again and highly recommend.”
