Nice rental car counter directly next to the terminal. They are open to rent for that last arriving flight at 12 midnight. Info on the website says they close at 12mn-but all companies were there for the Delta flight arriving then.

Short-sighted, petty greed to lose a future customer by charging for an extra hour when 10 minutes past 24 hours, especially when the ROA location has no return reception, so 15 minutes lost walking into airport and waiting in line to return keys.

I had the best experience renting a car from Dollar at this location. The young lady who waited on me was just the best! So helpful and willing to help me find the car! She was so kind. Dollar needs to give her a raise! I have never had such helpful service before at a car rental desk!
