“Tim is the first racket technician that actually LISTENED to me when I asked for my restring to be strung loose. He set tension to 50 pounds, which is loose enough for strings to shift, but plays just the way I like.I asked Tim to surprise me on colors... He put blue strings and blue accent grip on my navy frame. I call ot "Cool Blue" now.Looks great, plays great... 24 hr turn around time (for me). Smooth transaction! We are so lucky to have such a knowledgeable guy in the area. He should be charging double what he does. He wouldn't lose any customers!!!”

“I purchased a nice used Specialized road bike from Play It Again Sports in 2019 for a very reasonable price. I rode it for four years but noticed my body, with age, couldn’t quite use the road bike style and needed to find a bike that was more attuned to my age and ability. I found a nice TREK Hybrid bike they had for sale that was much more aligned to my body and age. PIAS took my previously purchased road bike and gave me a very reasonable trade in for it. Plus, because I was a loyalty customer, I was given an additional $20 credit. I walked out with a very nice (almost new) TREK FX2 that I can now comfortably ride that would have cost me more than three times as much for the same new bike. The staff were so pleasant and accommodating. If you’re looking for anything sports related, you really can’t go wrong with Play It Again Sports in Roanoke!”

“This is the very 1st time I have shoes fit so well. None of my family will go shoe shopping with me because I am so hard to fit and flat out picky. I had bunionectomy surgery last October. I'm still having trouble walking. Once Jane got all the information from the machine, the second pair of shoes she brought out fit perfect. The socks and insoles have me walking on air. It has been very theraputic having proper socks snd shoes. Tom will make a great shoe doctor. He anticipates your needs. I will NEVER shop for shoes anywhere else. When you have a customer greeter as cordial as this lady it makes for a grand experience!”
