“Wow! Talk about Service! Ally (Owner) was wonderful (the whole staff, really). Ally measured my foot, which I haven’t had done since I was a kid and sure enough, she recommend I size up a half size- something I never would’ve done had I been buying on my own online or somewhere else. Ally even watched the way I walk, noticing my narrow foot and high arch, and pointed me in the right shoe direction. She even put the shoes on for me herself! I will be coming back here for every running shoe in the future and recommending to all my family and friends. They also had a great clearance sale and I got a free pair of socks with my purchase! I’m not a runner, but can see the benefits of this store for avid runners and people on their feet all day.”

The taller gentleman in the shoes section (wish I caught his name, he said he recognized me from social media) was a walking encyclopedia of sneakers.. very knowledgeable, helpful and highly respectful! Thanks to him, I left with not one, but three pairs of basketball shoes. That’s a slam dunk in customer service! Cashier was equally delightful, making checkout smoother than a perfectly executed layup. If only every shopping trip could be this enjoyable.. I might be on a first name basis with them!”
