The last time I went was a long drawn out process that took an awfully long time which was compounded with worry for a sick fur baby waiting on me to get home. Yesterday's experience was completely the opposite. The young man who greeted us there, Alexander, was extremely knowledgeable, kind and set me up with a very affordable and plainly awesome phone that meets an exceeds my needs and expectations. He gave very helpful advice and made the whole experience very painless. Highly recommend this Verizon office!”

His brother had already left for the day (it was later in the day, so it is understandable) and I called. Absolutely one of the most kind people, expedient work with quality. “Got my iPhone backglass replaced. The replacement back glass had some design defect which left a small hole around the flashligyt. The repair guy pointed it out to me before I even saw it and he said he will put in a replacement free of cost when he gets the new supplies. Did it free of cost next week and the backglass has been working perfectly well.”
“Marquice was awesome to work with, even though they were busy and assisting others he still let me know he would be right with me which made me feel invited into the store. Marquice was new to the role but excels already right off the bat. He closed a sale to which I was hesitant on and served me very well. I’m very happy with my new phone, which I was able to get the same day.”

“Boost has the best prices on replacement phones in the area. I've been with a ton of other providers, but I go through 3+ phones a year (I work a physical labor job). I suppose I could always go the "phone insurance" route, but even then they only replace your phone so much. I would much rather buy a cheap 40.00 replacement smart phone that'll last me until I crack the screen or drown it with water then have to fork out 180.00 for the cheapest new phone if I was with another group (cough cough TMobile)”
