I upgraded my iPhone 11 to the 17 Pro through Verizon.com and encountered a problem with the phone having it speaking a foreign language and making it non responsive. I went into this store ready to return the brand new phone and Ross Agee was incredible. He solved the problems and is an experienced professional.
