“Amazing experience! I called RW on Brooke Road and was told the boots I was looking for were made out of unicorns and that they were all sold out. Little did I know that Don (Brooke Road RVA) was calling all over creation for these boots and happened to find one lonely pair in Roanoke. He called me to tell me that he found them and to call Angel and he would take care of me. Well take care of me he did. While dealing with a crazy Black Friday, Angel got me everything I needed. He was so helpful and I’m so thankful for his hard work. (Don too) These guys were awesome and pulled off what sounded like an impossible task. Thank you Angel and your team in Roanoke.”

“Worth the pop in.. This charming little storefront has something for everyone. great selection of men's and women's work boots. Comfort brands for women including Dansko, Aetrex, and Alegria! My feet were so happy to see them! If you're looking for western boots, They got 'em! probably the largest collection of cowboy boots in one place that I've seen. The employees were super helpful in getting me into my first pair of cowgirl boots. Working with me individually to make sure the fit was right and even offered to stretch the top where it was a little tight! They offer this service at no cost!! All in all I will definitely be frequenting this place. Worth the pop in”

“This year for Christmas, like every other girl, I wanted the Ugg Tasman slippers in chestnut brown. I called all over the country and remembered I got my Ugg boots in high school at Yarids so I gave them a call from Florida. I called and they were out of stock, but put me on a waitlist in December with little hope of them arriving before Christmas. Weeks before Christmas they called to let me know they received the shoes I wanted in my size at their Charleston location and would ship them for me!!! They went over and beyond and called me several times to ensure the order went through and give me shipping confirmation!! They arrived to Florida in less than 48 hours and are PERFECT! I am so thankful I thought of Yarids! Great customer service and so helpful even during the stressful time of the holidays. Please shop small and shop local before shopping big name stores online. I cannot recommend Yarids enough!!! Thank you all again! I haven’t taken them off since I got them!!!”
