“After a long work day being extremely tired Candria was at the front desk as was extremely helpful in making accommodations with a later checkout and making sure we had everything needed to get some rest and enjoy out stay she is amazing.
Then I couldn’t sleep and I just so happen to stumble across Debra and Teneja in the restaurant portion of the hotel. Teneja was extremely sweet and helpful explaining to me the way the buffet works and seating me with amazing customer service. Normally I don’t eat hotel food but Debra who is the head chef cooks the food with so much love and care is taste like home. I’m telling you the food is really good.

“I’m staying for work (long stay) this hotel is awesome. The staff up front has a great attitude and goes above and beyond to answer questions, along with helping out. They even (at request of a family member) hooked me up on my birthday. The kitchen staff is amazing. Yes they can be busy at times, patience goes along with that for them. The food is awesome. Yet to have a bad meal. A lot of options in the snack area also. Cleaning staff is super helpful also and does a very thorough job. I’m enjoying my time here for sure.”

“Location is perfect but what stood out the most is Mary of front desk...after a long day of traveling and series of unfortunate events. The last thing one would expect is southwest hotel booking messing up our reservation but they did so we couldn't get our room at the hotel. Mary on the other hand proved the true meaning of customer service. She helped, listened and explained everything for my understanding. She made sure that the reckless mistake of southwest hotel won't ruin our vacation. It's been a long time since I've encountered someone who really defines hospitality... thank you Mary so much for being the calm in my frustration. Because of you my family was able to have a restful vacation... I highly recommend this amazing lady. Not all hotels have someone who leaves positive impact on you.”

“Being a motel 6 this is probably been one of the best hotels I’ve been in the area even though the rooms are small. They have done nothing but treat my family and I with the upmost respect. The rooms are clean. The front desk and housekeeping are absolutely amazing.. and it’s right by the airport!! they have the best rates in the area”

“Let me be honest here. No, this is not the Marriott. Nor is it the best in the area. However, if you don't want to be bothered, or watched, or surrounded by noise and foolishness, or have to deal with 12, this is your spot. Quiet hole in the wall.”
“Overall very good experience. Pet fee was a little confusing as it was not updated on the booking app i used, it was listed as $15 per pet per night. Then when we called to confirm we were told it was $15 for 1st pet and $5 for 2nd pet per night. Then once we got there to check in we were told it was $50 per pet for the whole week. Then we were also told we needed to pay a $50 incidental fee that would be refunded at the end of our stay, we asked if this was for the dogs and they told us it was not but something that everyone had to pay no matter if they had pets or not.”

“Stayed here the week of 12/14. The whole place was very clean, room was big, comfy king bed, and large shower. Housekeeping cleaned my room everyday. It was awesome coming back from a long business meetings and to just unwind in a clean room with a made bed. The staff were friendly and nice. The lobby smelled amazing. The breakfast always looked yummy, but I was always in a hurry in the mornings and didn't try it. I did hear other guest speak highly of the cleanliness and yummy breakfast. I thought it was a super comfy, clean place to stay!”
