“Manager and housekeeping did an amazing job and went above and beyond. My jewelry accidentally fell into the trash when I was cleaning up my room and didn’t notice until the trash was taken out. I went to the front desk and asked the manager and housekeepers about it and they were so helpful in looking to find them!”

“Great airport hotel, in very good condition.Loved those Chocolate Croissants for breakfast!!Service was good but not exceptional; housekeeping has to be more proactive about keeping up with minor room details.I will patronize this hotel again.”

“Stayed here recently before an early flight. Room was very nice. Staff was helpful. Parking lot was very well lit. hotel security seemed fine.Hotel was about 70% full, But the room was still very quiet. Hotel is 3 minutes from the airport. And located in a cluster with other hotels. Will definitely stay here again next time I have an early flight.”

“I didn't know what to expect when I first started staying at this hotel. To my surprise it was better than expected. The rooms have been updated and the staff I have come across were very nice. Mrs. Grace is one of my favorites. She genuinely cares about the comfortability of the guest. All my needs were met and then some. Very nice to have someone like her here for the guest.”

“Kevin, the gentleman behind the desk at night was great. His communication and customer service is terrific!! The TVs are great and my room was very clean and well maintained. The lady with red hair and earbuds in her ears desperately needs to be retrained or held accountable. I assume employees are not supposed to wear ear buds while working at the front desk. Usually it doesn't bother me, but she clearly did not want to be at work on 10/12/23. Would've given 5 stars if not for her.”

“Let me be honest here. No, this is not the Marriott. Nor is it the best in the area. However, if you don't want to be bothered, or watched, or surrounded by noise and foolishness, or have to deal with 12, this is your spot. Quiet hole in the wall.”

“Microtel is one of the better cheaper hotels in the area. Even though it is a little old and worn the rooms are predominantly clean. One of the few cheap motels in the area that still has a continental breakfast. And it's decent. Coffee, Juice, lemonade, Milk, Cereal (Cheerios, and Frosted Flakes, they also offer Bagels and Blueberry and Chocolate chip muffins, with butter and jelly. They also have a cook your own, waffle griddle. Where you spray the griddle pour in the batter from the dispenser machine and close it up spin it over and wait for the timer to run down. The rooms offer WiFi, cable, mini fridge and microwave. The rates are reasonable with singles starting at around 65 to 75 a night. For the most part most of the staff is very respectful and accommodating overall for what it is I give it a four star rating.”
