“We pride ourselves on our customer service, so it is critical to have delivery partners who care about it as much as we do. Shipvine is awesome. Their customer service is top notch. They are always so helpful, and quickly. You can even resolve problems over chat, because you are connected to a real person who can look at what you are trying to do in real time. Highly recommend!”

“Let me start off by saying Dan is an asset to this store!! I called in a frantic state ( because of my own doing) lol….and explained to Dan what I needed to get done, designed and printed by morning!! Dan expertly listened, and told me to stop by. I did and when I say Dan, was professional, warm, welcoming, kind, friendly and balanced between assisting me and others customers who walked in!!! And she never lost a beat!!! I APPRECIATE Dan for going Above and Beyond!!! Please recognize her with a raise, and or bonus!!! Well deserved!!! Thank you Dan!! Keep being AWESOME!!! I APPRECIATE you!!! And I was able to walk out with my satisfied purchase!! ?”

“I recently shipped a large haul of various items (glassware, china, musical instruments, paintings) from the US to the UK. Mike was such a pleasure to work with - quick to get back to me with my concerns and willing to go above and beyond in helping me do this. Their custom crating and packing was top notch. Everything arrived in perfect order, and Mike kept me informed about the entire process. And best of all, the price was extremely reasonable. Will 100% work with them again for shipping!”

“I'm with previous reviewer, Jason, this is my GO-TO-UPS store even if there's a long line. If you pick your times wisely, you can usually get in and out quickly. I generally go between 10:30am - 11:30am and 2pm-3pm as that's the best times I've found where there is little to no line. No guarantee on that, but I'm usually in and out with those times. The staff here are friendly, very hard working, and EXTREMELY patient as I have to drop off my Amazon returns here. When I have a slew of packages and the QR code isn't easy to find in the Amazon app, they're always telling me it's fine when I can't find a code. I live in the boonies, and even though they're about 20miles from me, I'm not going anywhere else. They're also convenient to the small Kroger that's only about 1000ft away. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED”
