“This is the best place to mail a package. Everyone is so nice and you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in the door. They have helped me to package numerous items and everything had always come out in perfect condition.”

“The ladies that work here are more than professional. They are an invaluable part of the community. Consistently delivering friendly & outstanding service. It’s a joy to see them & be greeted by name.”
“Went to this location and requested a passport for my mom. It was past the scheduled time frame. Clerk said she would find out if someone would be able to help. Another clerk came out and said she would help us even though it was her lunch time. She went above and beyond to help us get the process going and she was very polite and easy to work with. I don't know if I can name names but I hope she will get this feedback. My 88 year old mother really appreciated her efforts to get this done so she could go and see her daughter later in the month. Thank you so much for your help.”

“True hometown feel. Employees always have a smile, happy to see you and are pleasant. They keep the area clean and you can sense they enjoy helping/serving their customers. Much better than Main Post Office staff. Everytime I went to Main PO, felt like i was an inconvenience to their day. White Marsh PO is a hidden GEM that I really shouldn't be advertising ... so stay away ... lol”

“Today was such a pleasant experience at USPS. My husband and I visited the office, and even though we arrived at 4:28 PM(just two minutes before closing)the employee was extremely kind, professional, and helpful. She still accepted our mail with a warm smile and treated us with great respect. We don’t know her name, but she was truly lovely, and we really want to thank her. She genuinely represents the good people who make our day better. Thank you so much! If you’re reading this, just know that we really appreciated you! ?”

“I wish I asked for the employee's name behind the counter. I'm grateful she checked my click-n-ship label before accepting the package. I had the wrong packaging selected and I'm not sure my package would be delivered on time. Thanks for paying attention to detail. Very much appreciated.”
“Dennis is always and eager to help. On 2 occasions I packages lost. Dennis went beyond his job duties to locate my packages. Going into the Lee Hall Post Office is always a pleasant experience and it's because of Dennis.”
“This is honestly the best USPS location I’ve been to in years. I go out of my way to go here, the professionals are kind, welcoming, they remember you, and they provide exceptional customer service. Make sure to look at their hours before heading to the location, I know a lot of people complain about their hours of operation, but it’s not the workers’ fault. Go as early as possible, lines can be long closer to closing time, but the line usually goes by quick.”
“NEW FACE ALERT!!!!So we finally have a new permanent young lady there, and let me say she is AMAZING! Not only is she extremely helpful but she is just the sweetest thing and has so much patience regardless of the challenges of long lines and rude people. Hopefully she likes it enough to stay (fingers crossed) BE NICE TO HER Y’ALL because is refreshing after having Mr Patrick rude self and the other lady.”
“Updated Review:
I have had nothing but pleasant and friendly interactions since shortly after submitting the initial review. Maybe the team was having a challenge adjusting. At any rate, the change is so dramatic that it warranted an update to my shared experience (I am especially enjoying my interactions with Ms Sinclaire).
Initial Review:
The short haired woman, Tanya, who is now unfortunately working at the Poquson USPS, has a very slow work process (long customer lines and works through the packages at an incredibly slow rate). She has a very unpleasant & expresses a condescending demeanor if any questions or concerns arise during the transaction.
Alternately, the long-haired gentleman (I believe it is Richard, but I do not get to see him enough and was unable to get his name) who works at this location is inviting, warm, friendly & works diligently to move the customers, through the line, at a reasonable pace.
It would be appreciated, by customers who live in Poquoson, if the window service could be Someone who exhibit Customer Service skills & is attentive to the fact that time is precious, and the people in line have other things to be doing rather than spending an incredibly long amount of time at the post office due to Tanya’s slow work rate. Thank you.”

“It's in a convenient spot behind the gas station, but can be easy to miss if you're not looking. The lines aren't too long, but it can be during lunch time.”

“The USPS office staff are super helpful and polite every time I go in. They make mailing packages and buying stamps hassle-free. The office is well-maintained, and I appreciate their efforts to keep everything running smoothly even during busy times. Hats off to two employees working today (09AUG2025). Epiphany
Gamble( sorry if i misspell your name) went above and beyond when we needed passport services and mailing needs done ✅.Thank you again.”
“I’ve lived in Seaford for over 25 years. The employees, at this post office, throughout these years, have always been kind and super helpful. I’d rather do business there than stand in line at Grafton!”
