“I rate this location 5 stars ? plus! Why, because at this location, you can have a multitude of choices and places to eat or grab a drink, coffee, or a quick sandwich you choose. There's plenty of parking free for all customers. The parking lot is clean, and you look and feel secure. This site is always busy. My wife contributes to that status too. ??
This not a Mall, but stores are in close walking distance to each other. This is bad for my wallet. Once my wife goes in I can expect she will find something she likes or doesn't have. Yikes! “Stopped in this cute shop on a rainy Sunday. Was quickly greeted by a charming young lady. The shop is located in an old house that is very cool in itself, many rooms containing very nice displays. They showcase an eclectic variety of home decor, gifts, upcycled items, vintage and antique lots of their items were just my style. They had a fun selection of jewelry at good prices. fancy door knobs and hooks old and new. When I was ready to make my purchases, it was a friendly, quick and efficient check out. I am very happy with the goodies I bought. I don't live in the area but would definitely return to Hoo's Pickin anytime I'm in that neck of the woods. Very pleasant experience. “We love how nicely stocked and organized everything is here each time we shop. Associates are always very kind and helpful! Asa I believe his name was in electronics helped us this evening. We were looking for a certain xbox controller that was listed online and said you all had only one in stock in the store. When we got there, we didn't see any on the shelf but Asa looked up the number and was able to get a location for it in the back and even checked out the rest of our items while we were back there. The only negative thing we ever experience when going to the store is not all prices seem to be listed. Sometimes it is difficult to figure out a price without having to find an associate to check into it. Which they are always happy to do, we just wish there were more prices posted!”
“Oh my gosh, I just got my new washer delivered by Aarons. I am so excited , brand , spanking , new still in plastic. I'm loving it. I can't wait to start using it. I already have another Appliance from Aarons and the service is always great. The pricing is Affordable and it makes it possible for people like myself who cannot straight out purchase or get typical credit to still have a new(er) model appliance in their house. The Delivery guys are awesome. David and Tina and the rest of the team members at the Colonial Heights, VA store are Top-Flight as well. “Applying and processing was quick and easy. However, for some reason my auto pay was stopped and I signed up again for autopay and it stopping AGAIN! With all the scams going on, I have trouble trusting all the emails and text messages and feel like once I sign up for autopay, it should not require additional signups! Very frustrating and distracting with my busy schedule”

“We had purchased a bed from Haverty's 3 years ago and had a problem with our mattress sagging. We discovered the support was broken. My husband and I went to the store to see how we can fix it. The manager listened and provided us with a new support for free with installation. On top of everything further issues occurred that they have fixed....I need a new couch and I will be shopping there without a doubt. A BIG Thanks.”
