“Quick, courteous, polite, professional, personable and, perhaps best of all-affordable!
Everything was clean and well-organized, and the young lady was just fantastic in getting my account all set up in a flash. Thank you ?”
“Great experience, always clean and neat and very friendly staff! Miss Dina should get a huge raise, she was always working hard to make our stay very pleasant! We love Miss Dina and should the opportunity present itself Extra Space Storage will be our first choice!!!”
“Julia and Kayla were absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire rental process quick and stress-free.
Customer service like this is hard to find these days, and both of them went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and valued. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and it was obvious they take pride in their work.
If you’re looking for a storage facility with outstanding customer service, I highly recommend Extra Space Storage—and definitely ask for Julia or Kayla if you have the chance. They truly made the experience exceptional. Thank you both for all your help!”
“OMG. I hit a rough patch and needed help with a unit. Joseph and Peggy helped me out so much. Just when I thought things were so bad and I saw no end they let me know that things will be alright. Storage Mart, Joseph & Peggy are the wonder team. Thank you both so much.”
“Julia was lovely. Before us she had a very upset man because he was late on his bill and she handled it wayyy better than I would have. She gave us a tour of a unit and price lock”
“I had a great experience thanks to the excellent customer service I received from Chris .He was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me with my storage unit needs. He answered all my questions, made the process easy, and ensured everything was taken care of. It’s refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about their customers. Thank you for all your help—I highly recommend this storage facility”
“Ashley at the Woodford location was very helpful and very patient with me in getting a storage unit. She even followed up with me, gave me advice and helpful information. Although construction is going on around that facility, it still doesn’t deter me from having a unit there. Thankful for the easy in and out of the gate and helpful staff.”
“Amelia was alone and very busy when I arrived. She handled all customers professionally and explained the move in process thoroughly. The storage facility is impressive and my temperature controlled unit is very secure with additional security beyond the main entry gate. Best storage unit I’ve had”
“I moved into my storage unit yesterday and the process could not have been easier. I did everything online, downloaded the app and gained access to the gate and my unit easily and without any challenges. It was super easy. Thank you for making this process easy & seamless.”
“Pam is truly a professional customer service employee. She is a credit to your staff!!! Good customer service is not always available and I really appreciate it when someone takes the time and effort to make sure I’m getting something that meets my requirements. Thank you Pam!!!”

“If I could leave a 10 star review I would! Me and my husband Owen visited here to ask about a tow dolly and Herb helped us. He didn't have one but he took so much time out of his day to find one that was right off the interstate on our way home all because me and my husband wanted to ride home together after purchasing a new car. He even called to check on us to make sure we got it smoothly. He was so kind and sweet! We got our tow dolly and our on the way home in the same car all because of Herb. He was just an amazing person to meet and chat to for awhile. It was above and beyond amazing customer service. I 100% recommend this place for any storage/uhal stuff you need!”
“U-Haul made the move so easy! Quick pickup, smooth drop-off, and the whole process was simple and stress-free. Great customer service and very convenient from start to finish.”
“Stress-free rental. Only had the unit for three months during a home move and downsizing, but management was friendly and efficient. Access was easy and monthly payments were easy to make online.”

“I want to thank Keegan and several of his team members for going above and beyond! First the pickup truck I reserved was not available just prior to my arrival, so Keegan called me and I approved a box truck he offered. Then when I arrived I discovered I had reserved the wrong car trailer. But Keegan and the team took care of that (and in the rain too!). And lastly, when I loaded my car into the auto transport trailer, one of the ramps went flying out (there was a problem with the safety catch). The team figured out a way to get my rear tires onto the trailer and all the while in the pouring rain! I was super impressed by their dedication”
“We had the pleasure of working with Ericka today for a unit today. She was extremely nice, was very customer oriented, and went above and beyond to work with us. We appreciate her and work!”

“We stored some funiture here while we were living overseas. The front office staff was very helpful with setting up our climate controled unit and helping us set up online payments over email. They were prompt in replying and even sent us emails about price changes. Checking out of the unit was a breeze, and we will definitely keep this facility in mind should we ever need to rent a unit in the future.”
“Storage wise is a great place and secure storage facility where I keep my things I can't fit in my house. If you need to get in touch with them they answer right away and they do there best to solve your problem. I would recommend them to my friends and family.”
“Far too many Self Storage places are ether unmanned and fully automated or only seldom attended. This storage place is so much better than those other places – – with a large and welcoming lobby, very friendly and helpful staff, and lots of room to maneuver your stuff when you haul it in the secure entry area. A nice variety of clean and secure storage spaces. And a very reasonable and flexible, contract agreement.”
