- There's a parking lot right in front, as well as additional parking available at the shopping mall.
- The interior is relatively small. There are 2 teller counters and approximately 2-3 private rooms. There's also a seating area with sofas in the main hall.

- Everything inside is brand new and clean. It seems to have opened in early 2024.”

“I have banked with true energy Federal Credit Union for over 12 years now and I would never go anywhere else to start with the call center is phenomenal all the girls Veronica Charlotte Juliana and Tania are patient courteous smart and extremely helpful I've also had the pleasure of dealing with the branch manager who was one of the most knowledgeable people I've ever met in banking they're really there to help I needed a car loan once to get to and from work and my credit wasn't the best but they believed in me and took a chance and because of that I am where I am today I might also add that I moved to Florida 3 years ago but I still bank with true energy Federal Credit Union I am a customer of theirs for life”

“This is my preferred local banking. This is a community based bank which is part of their service value. They staff and management is more than accommodating to their customers. Unlike "big banks" they know and care about customer needs and will work with you individually. And, when it comes to small business? You can't find a better business. They will invest in your business as a partner. This is true in their checking, savings, financial concerns personally or as a business. Personally, I go to the Springfield branch. The management there is awesome. And, as a customer, they provide additional services that other banks don't. And, they have multilingual staff which is a plus. I trust their leadership and management to guide us through current times.”

“My recent experience with Wells Fargo has been a rollercoaster, marked by contrasting levels of professionalism and kindness. Unfortunately, my initial visit to the 5703 Burke Centre Parkway branch was marred by an extremely rude and unprofessional employee named Joanne. I was there to close my late mother's account—a deeply emotional task—and her behavior made an already difficult day even worse.

Joanne handled the situation with complete disregard for empathy or professionalism. Her attitude was dismissive, and her actions were unacceptable for someone in a customer-facing role. This behavior is not what I expect from Wells Fargo, a company I’ve trusted for years. I sincerely hope Wells Fargo investigates her actions, as there’s no place for such callousness in any branch.

After that disheartening experience, I was referred to the Springfield branch, where I had an entirely different experience—one that restored my faith in the company. I was assisted by Afomia and Souad, both of whom were incredibly kind and professional. Souad, who was in her first week at the branch, handled the account closure process with grace and patience, even though it took over an hour. She was meticulous and showed genuine care throughout the process.

Afomia was equally wonderful, supporting Souad along the way and even apologizing for the treatment I received from Joanne at the Burke branch. She introduced me to the branch manager, Sopa, who was also warm, understanding, and helpful. The team at Springfield went above and beyond to turn around what had been an awful morning, showing compassion and professionalism during a very emotional time.

I am incredibly grateful to Afomia, Souad, and Sopa for their efforts to make things right. They exemplify the kind of service and care that Wells Fargo customers should always expect.

To those considering visiting the Burke location: proceed with caution. My experience with Joanne was shocking, and I hope Wells Fargo takes appropriate action to ensure no one else has to endure similar treatment. Thankfully, the Springfield branch demonstrated what great customer service should look like, and I cannot thank them enough for their kindness.”

“Well, the SunTrust bank that I used before was the one at Richmond highway. They were fantastic, but after I relocate to another area I just started going to different branches, random, nearest to were I pass by. Then for some reason I started using the west Springfield branch. The customer service is awful. Some but not all service providers over there does not even represent SunTrust. It looks like the bank is not doing well (quite) and you can guess that those people are the main reason for it. But after I met Monica, the manager, things got better. She really knows what to do and how to treat people. She is the main reason why I gave five stars for this branch. Trust me, i dont want to mention names but some employees there even dont know what they are doing. I had the opportunity to get help from two of the employees and came out to be a disaster. One even asked for my phone number since she cant figure out what to do and said she will call me back once she figure out something and wants me to go and come back when she call me, wooow. That's when the manager came to the rescue. Man, she is good. Long story short, I can describe in detail if someone from SunTrust has a concern about what happened or to what I observed. This woman though needs an appreciation. Thank you Monica.”
