“A lot of selections of dishes every Sat. Great food. Fun and friendly place. Owner is very nice and helpful. She has connections, so she can make some calls and, mostly, get what you want in a matter of day. I wish they had dishes more than just Sat. Go early, thought, these dishes go fast. They have good food vendors / cooks. No worries if you buy a lot of stuff, they will help carry to your car.”

“Looks a bit run down, but clean, well-stocked, and great prices. Meat prices are better than Lidl, as are frozen foods. No self-checkout, so the lines sometimes get long, but the cashiers are fast and they are good about opening other lines. I only go to Giant for pharmacy and things Aldi's doesn't carry.”
“This is my new favorite international market! Very clean store with great selection of produce and ingredients to scratch that itch when I want to try a new recipe.”
“This store has been here for a few years now. They are much cheaper than Giant/HT/Safeway/etc... but a little more expensive than Aldi. You can find an aldi right across the street form this Lidl.They do have a little bit more selection than Aldi, like fresh donuts and other breads.Overall store is clean, large parking lot, good selection, and fair prices when compared to other large grocery stores.Make sure to sign up for their coupon/club thing. They use phone numbers to get the discount. Worse case use the general 703 twice and 1234 for the last 5 numbers.”
“During our purchase, we encountered an unfortunate situation where the atta bag we bought was discovered to be opened upon lifting it into our car. When we attempted to return it, the manager, along with other staff members, displayed rude and unprofessional behavior. They declined responsibility, stating that the issue occurred outside the store and was therefore not their concern. However, it was the exceptional assistance of the counter lady that salvaged the situation. Her efficient and customer-oriented service stood in stark contrast to the manager's dismissive attitude. It was only due to her intervention that the problem was eventually resolved. The conduct of the manager and some of your staff members were unfair. The role of a manager should be centered on conflict resolution and customer satisfaction, not dismissive behavior that drives customers away. I hope this feedback prompts a reevaluation of the store's customer service policies and staff training, as this incident reflects poorly on the store's reputation and has resulted in the loss of a loyal customer.My review is for improvement for betterment.”
“Definitely my favorite Giant location out of the numerous ones in Springfield. The interior is definitely more presentable compared to the others + they have way more options for poultry. Also, the workers provided excellent service as they were helping customers throughout the store. Self check out is a breeze and I highly recommend downloading the Giant App as the digital coupons available are quite good. Overall a clutch store that I'm glad isn't too far from me ?”
“My husband was diagnosed with brain cancer while I was pregnant- needless to say it’s been a rough time for us, especially when the baby arrived. Giant pick up has been awesome and helped relieve some stress. We’ve been using it for about a year now. Everyone is nice and food is always fresh. If they happen to be out of stock, the staff always let me know and offer to substitute with something else.”
“The pharmacy staff goes above and beyond for their clients and are excellent professionals and empathetic people. We went to seek a medication that my grandmother desperately needed, but that the retirement home couldn’t fill until Monday (and it was Sunday). We had an electronic prescription but the pharmacy needed either a wet signature or to speak to the prescribing doctor. Pharmacist Michelle Shin and her staff called the doctor numerous times, trying to negotiate with rude medical staff to obtain the prescription. (The medical staff was so rude they even hung up on the Pharmacist at one point!) The pharmacy team was persistent, helpful, worked with us to find a solution and were eventually able to fill the prescription. I am so grateful to Michelle Shin and her amazing team!”

“Why hidden gem, Looking at it from the outside you wouldn't know it also had a restaurant in the back cranking out some delicious authentic Filipino cuisine. The dishes are different on the daily, and the desserts are a must try as well. Good portions for the price. I didn't like that the lumpia was soggy and very oily. The Ube dessert wasn't my favorite either, but the Cassava one was. The ladies at the counter are so kind and hospitable, they get 5 stars for their service.”

“I love having a pharmacy nearby, and overall, I am happy with it, the staff, etc. It's far better than the typical pharmacy - more of a personable, hometown feel.
But, even so, the processes can be confusing for the unitiated. The rules are not all entirely under their control, but just something to be aware of so you are prepared for the system to work differenly than one might expect if you are new to the area, system, how certain prescriptions are handled, etc.
Jill is excellent and the very best person in the entire organization. She should have a huge raise and promotion because she always gets things right, always knows what to do, is empathetic, and does it all with a smile on her face even when it's extremely busy.”

“Nice place for grocery - I really like the meat section and the dry fruits which are very clean. Since bread (nan) takes a while to make, little patience is needed. Staff is good especially meat area. The new set up is welcoming and great. I like it a lot”
“We shop here a few times a year and usually stop by Saigon Quan for lunch. It a small family owned business and great customer service. They usually always have what I was looking for. It is a small unique grocery but have everything you need that can't find at a big grocery place.”
