“I had a great experience at this branch this morning. First with the very nice & informative teller, I hope I have his name correctly, Arman. I was making a deposit, as well as taking out money to put in to a HYS at another bank that I have. After a quick convo, he let me know about a promo they were having that beat my APY by .5% and had me meet with Karen. Karen is such a sweetheart! She's incredibly kind, personable & has a great sense of humor. I could have talked to her for hours! She was such a pleasure to work with, got me all squared away with my new account, answered all my questions and left me with zero guesswork. I've never had a bad experience at this branch but I just had to come on to say what an exceptional experience I had this morning! Thank you Arman & Karen! “I've been with Navy Federal for over 15 years, and the only complaint I've ever had at any branch is wait times, and that probably my fault for always coming in on weekend. Our local branch is always friendly and helpful. I've had my mortgage, car loans, and a personal loan at Navy Fed and they've always been accommodating and patient. When furlough hit because of a Government shutdown, Navy Fed was there, first with overdraft protection and now with their new guaranteed 0% interest late-paycheck loans. Great internet rates and customer support as well. I couldn't be happier, and I'll be a customer for as long as I can reach a branch.”

“My 4-star review is for Diana (unfortunately, I didn’t catch her last name.) Diana is the branch manager at this location. I had moved from Stafford to Fairfax and my tax return check had been sent to my BB&T account, the bank had only my previous address listed in their system so they sent the check to that address. I called the Stafford branch very early in the morning and a few days prior to speaking with Diana, I spoke with a male rep that sounded dismissive and didn’t seem to have patience to deal with my problem. I was feeling frustrated having to deal with the IRS as they had me go back and forth between the bank and the IRS until I finally called again spoke with Diana, she was very courteous, professional and she actually listened to my situation. Same day she called me back saying she had information as to where the check had been sent and helped resolve the issue. Diana went above and beyond to assist me in this matter.I am so very grateful for Diana, someone who actually listens to their clients/customers and helps. Thank you, Diana!”
“My wife and I visited this Bank last week. Rarely have I gone into any business place to find such warm, charming, and professional staff like I did at this Bank; it was a beautiful scenario, if it were some restaurant, I was gonna order for another meal! This was a far cry from our last trip at a Wells Fargo Bank that I visited a few weeks ago in Woodbridge. The picture of that young man and some ladies, left an indelible mark on my mind. Unfortunately, we were not serious with collecting their names, especially the young man's, whom my wife suspected was of Ghanaian descent (By the way, I am not originally anywhere near Ghana).
Again, today, my wife visited this Bank and gave me a very moving report of great customer care, possibly by the Manager, or some high ranking official.
The best I can do in front of such sweet, and moving corporate encounters, is to invoke a blessing upon all the members of Staff at this particular Bank; you are such an inspiration in this current, not-so-warm world.
