“BIG SHOUT OUT TO RICK AND TEAM!! Was headed out of town and of course the phone folks told me to "drop the router at ANY T-Mobile location" (Well...yeah. not so much. Has to be a "corporate location" as the manager kindly explained to me) HOWEVER Rick (the manager) and one of his team immediately said " Hey we can help you box it up and you can just take it to the UPS store 2 doors up from us" And they did. “I’m writing this in response to the review left by James Steel. With all due respect, it’s frustrating to see someone constantly complain about something as minor as music being played by store staff. These employees work long shifts and use music as a way to stay motivated and keep a positive atmosphere while doing their jobs.
As someone who also works in retail (at FedEx), I can say from experience that music makes a real difference during tough hours. It’s not unprofessional—it’s human. These are likely young workers just trying to get through their day. There’s no need to make their jobs harder with unnecessary complaints.
For the record, I’m not connected to Best Buy in any way—I’m just a regular customer. Every time I visit this location, I’m met with helpful, friendly service. I recently picked up an OLED TV, and the staff went out of their way to assist me with loading it into my car.
Let’s cut workers some slack and focus on what matters: good service and helpful support—which this store delivers every time.”

These guys are technician wizars who get the job done well at a reasonable price and time frame. “Good store with great staff. My only problem with this store is, outside the store shows lower gasoline prices but at the gas pumps the prices are higher. I personally know Mr. Jamil Khan who is the franchise of this store and I also know that he is a very experienced gentleman. I don't understand that how come he don't know about this problem? I do know he will take care of this issue if he knows this problem. Other than that it's a great place to shop and staff is very friendly and helpful.”

I stopped buying hot food though because one dude rang up a few customers then went to put more hot dogs on without washing his hands. The gentleman looked at me funny when asked him about it ??? “The staff here is exceptional. Someone came into the restroom and spread feces all over the toilet, as soon as the staff was aware of it they went into clean it, and actually apologized for it. “This is probably one of the busiest 711s in the Nation. They have amazing croissants and coffee machines. The bathrooms are a hit or miss, but being the busiest store in USA it can not be perfect all the time. Customer service is good.”
“I had a pretty good experience I bought 2 red bulls 12 oz and a cup of donuts. The guy at the counter was super polite and I think I'll come to this seven eleven more often. As for the cleanliness of the store it seemed good for a seven eleven I think most of these reviews are a little bitter”

“This store is close to where I live. So, I visit here very often for gas which is prices a little cheaper when compared to other gas stations around. I also bought a lot of stuff like drinks, cigarettes so many times over the years and the staff was always friendly and patient. The service is great through out the day but the food they serve will only be good up until the evening. After that, it kinda gets hard. Otherwise, everything is perfect. I don't see many people standing around this store as I see often at many other 7eleven locations.”
