Be careful renting from here, they will advertise cars available, let you make and confirm the reservation, then when you show up they claim no cars available

Not only did Hertz, Sterling (Indian Blvd) give away the car I'd reserved 10 minutes before I got there (and AFTER I called to make sure it was there and telling them I was on my way), but the male Gen-Z attitude in that office meant they didn't really feel like trying to make it right. Rent elsewhere.

Avoid this location. It feels more like a scam than a real rental service. I reserved a car 10 days in advance, showed up on time, and was told they didn’t have any cars available at all. No customer service, no solutions, nothing. Completely unacceptable experience.
