“BIG SHOUT OUT TO RICK AND TEAM!! Was headed out of town and of course the phone folks told me to "drop the router at ANY T-Mobile location" (Well...yeah. not so much. Has to be a "corporate location" as the manager kindly explained to me) HOWEVER Rick (the manager) and one of his team immediately said " Hey we can help you box it up and you can just take it to the UPS store 2 doors up from us" And they did.
