The worst delivery experience ever since they never showed up. Four hour delivery window was extended to eight hours. At 10pm they called to say they were not coming and had to reschedule. Zero stars

Just terrible service...no service in fact. They've had my Ikea delivery for two weeks and failed four times to deliver. They schedule delivery and then a no-show. Utter waste of time and this company is bottom-of-the-barrel worthless. Every employee should be ashamed to work there.

The XPO team that delivered our new washer and dryer were excellent. They arrived on time (early, actually), schlepped the big old machines out of a basement apartment with narrow doors and stairs, and set up the new ones efficiently. I highly recommend them.
