“Excellent customer service!! I work at Mustang Sally Brewing Co. and needed quality poster prints for hanging in our tasting room. My adobe file had very bright hues to it that had difficulty being printed to accuracy, and Diego was so patient and knowledgeable in ways to adjust the image so that it printed correctly. He worked with me and printed multiple example sheets so I could see and approve what the final print would be. It came out perfect! For a comparable price to Office Depot, I got: AMAZING customer service, ability to verify quality and satisfaction with the print, and way better glossy paper material than what I would have gotten for the same price at Office Depot. I had an issue where a package I shipped a month ago did not show any updates in the USPS system. Initially I went to this UPS store and spoke to another employee. He told me there was absolutely nothing he could do and told me to contact USPS. After me trying to peel the onion and get more answers I got absolutely nothing. He then sent me on my way.
I then spent the next hour on the phone trying to get assistance and eventually got in contact with a USPS agent. She told me the tracking number was not valid and there was nothing she could do either. Now I’m scrambling.
Finally I went back to the same store. B****na was able to query the system and let me know the package was delivered successfully a few hours prior. She did this in no time.

“I don't know how someone decides to leave 1star rating to place with hard working people. I have always had a great experience at this location and the owner is such a polite and decent person. I drop my packages there every single day , minus the Sundays and have always been treated great with kindness . Always see a happy face when I walk in. Perhaps its just - what you give is what you get !
I see previous reviews saying the rates are high - go to Fedex or UPS location and you will get the same rates. They are just a franchise, they can't come up with their own prices is what I assume.
Moreover, if you want better rates then open business account with the shipper. Why blaming the franchise for it ???♀️”
