“My fiance and I came in here yesterday to print out some signage for our upcoming wedding. First, I want to give the biggest shout out to the GM Maxwell. As soon as we walked in he immeditately took care of us and went so far above and beyond to make this an easy experience for us. He told us he and his wife had recently got married too and wanted to take as much stress off of us as he could - and he definitely did. I don't write reviews very often, but my fiance and I both felt like it was necessary to provide feedback about how great Maxwell was to work with. Second, I did a ton of price shopping for our printing needs (menus, welcome cards, welcome sign, etc) and FedEx was about $200 cheaper overall than everywhere I looked at online. Overall, super happy with this experience and would recommend this location in particular. Huge thank you again to Maxwell!!!!!!”

“Excellent customer service!! I work at Mustang Sally Brewing Co. and needed quality poster prints for hanging in our tasting room. My adobe file had very bright hues to it that had difficulty being printed to accuracy, and Diego was so patient and knowledgeable in ways to adjust the image so that it printed correctly. He worked with me and printed multiple example sheets so I could see and approve what the final print would be. It came out perfect! For a comparable price to Office Depot, I got: AMAZING customer service, ability to verify quality and satisfaction with the print, and way better glossy paper material than what I would have gotten for the same price at Office Depot. Max Prints, thanks for helping our business!! We will definitely be returning.”
“I am making wedding invitations so I called to speak with somebody in the printing department to see if they would print on a certain size card stock.After being assured they could print on cardstock the conversation ended.A few minutes later, I was called back by the employee to inform me that their manager had corrected their misinformation. They could not help me with the card stock I was curious about, but there were several options available at their location and we were able to work something out.I applaud the efforts of the employee whos name escapes me at the moment. They made a human-error, then rectified the situation before I spent a lot of money on invitations.That bought my respect and trust. I intend on using this location whenever a need arises.Kudos team!
