“I want to share my wonderful experience with John Piccard-Naughton. I came into the Richmond Rd location with an issue I had been dealing with for four months. The branch was closing in about 35 minutes and seemed a bit understaffed. When I asked for help, I was told to schedule an appointment and come back another day.
As soon as I walked in, John immediately greeted me and asked how he could help. Not only did he take the time to listen, but he was also able to resolve a months-long issue in less than 30 minutes. He truly made me feel heard and valued — something I didn’t experience at other locations.
John also followed up with me afterward, instead of just telling me to return later. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond deserve to be recognized. He is an outstanding representative and someone who should be training others.
