She explained that she could get me signed in and offered her assistance. David subsequently kept me current on the progress with the replacement of the back-up camera.
David and April not only keep us coming back for service, but they create new vehicle sales more than any salesperson. They deliver on value received from CMA and Ford Motor. This is high praise since I came out of sales and marketing.

On March 25 my car completely broke down at the Wawa next door (like wouldn’t go forward OR backward… at all ?) as I was traveling for work hours from home. I walked into O’Reilly honestly panicking. Jose greeted me right away and was so kind, and Tim (the manager) immediately jumped in, came outside, literally had me put my car in neutral and pushed it across the parking lot to safety, diagnosed the issue (crankshaft position sensor), and got me the right part. Already exceptional.
But here’s where it gets UNREAL—they didn’t stop there.
I (half joking, half desperate) ask, “how badly do you want to put this on for me?” and guess what? While STILL running the store and helping other customers, they spent hours trying to get my car back on the road. Tim was calling around to everyone he knew, went next door and rolled a jack over (I mean who does this), and was simply doing everything he possibly could to help me. He even sent his friend (who is not an employee btw) (WHAT IS HIS NAME??) over to help as he was running the store.
*And JOSE… SERIOUSLY, give this kid a raise!!* His patience, effort, and just willingness to jump in was insane. After all of us struggling for over half an hour trying to figure out where the part goes, he walks out (on his own), finds the placement in about 30 seconds (be so for real, Jose - I'm still mad HA) gets under the car alongside Tim, and FIXES IT.
I was 2 hours from home and completely stuck, and they treated me like it actually mattered. You don’t find people like this anymore. And Jose? 18 years old like it was the easiest thing he's ever done?? That's rare. I will forever be grateful for these gentlemen. You are why I do what I do—people are truly exceptional.
