“Phenomenal service and communication from start to finish. My wife and I have a 2026 Tesla Model Y and I hit a deer about a month ago. Even with the collision avoidance software I was still not able to avoid the deer. The challenge with repairing a Tesla is the fact it is a requirement for the repair center to be certified by Tesla in order to retain factory warranty. CARSTAR is certified and not many other shops in the area are. Wilbur was the case agent who was assigned our claim and was outstanding. He provided regular and timely updates as our car went through the repair process. Due to circumstances beyond his control the technicians were not able to complete all of the repairs prior to the Thanksgiving Holiday as planned. The shop also took care of coordinating and arranging our rental vehicle. Overall a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend this shop for any collision repair services.”

I recently had the unfortunate experience of my Tesla's tailgate getting damaged when a truck reversed into it in a parking lot. With no visible license plate to identify the driver, I felt stuck between claiming it through my insurance or finding a trustworthy auto body shop. Thankfully, I found Palace Auto Body and Paint!
From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the professionalism of the staff. They were not only friendly but genuinely cared about providing the best service possible. They took the time to explain the repair process and assured me that I wouldn’t be overcharged, which eased my worries.
When I got my car back, I was amazed at the quality of the work. The tailgate looked as good as new! The pricing was incredibly fair, especially considering the top-notch service I received.

Every time I come to this location , they're always so quick , friendly and very , very efficient in what they do. “I can't say enough kind words about Kevin Argueta, the Assistant Store Manager at this location. When checking to see when I purchased my last car battery, he informed me that my car battery wasn't the optimal one for my car. When I told him I wanted to get a new battery, he allowed me to upgrade to the optimal battery, only having to pay the difference (my battery was under a 3 year warranty). While changing my battery, he noticed my battery wasn't bolted down and was missing the bolt. He went into his shop, found a bolt, and bolted it down for me. His professionalism and determination to take care of me and my car was impressive and appreciated. I tried to tip him, but he declined my money, asking for a Google Review instead. I will go back to see Kevin whenever I have a need for my car, since I know my customer service experience will be unmatched.”

“I go here every year for my state inspection and any other car needs of mine. It’s a 40 minute drive for me one way and I have TONS of other auto shops closer to me but this place is worth the drive. I trust them and everything they say that needs done! They do not push anything! In fact with my latest inspection they only required two new tires but “recommended” all 4. That right there shows they are trust worthy! They get your car in and out but efficient work is done. The guys on the phone are always pleasant to talk to and explain everything in detail and answer questions as needed. “Frank at 5555 was amazing! He went out of his way to fix our son’s car, which had a loose piece of plastic falling down from the front bumper. Frank showed us the zip ties to tie up the plastic and then spent several minutes lying on the ground to attach the zip ties himself. “When you go to any of the other auto parts places you usually get a young kid that doesn’t know much about cars. That’s a fact. You go to NAPA AUTO PARTS and you get real help. We don’t have that part however let’s cross reference that part and they find it. They really try and help you out other than the old “We don’t have it “. If they don’t have it right now the next day it will be there.”
