“My first time visiting this auto shop due to google map reviews. I came in for an oil change around 11:45pm on Oct 2nd and left by 1pm. So the wait time was pretty satisfying compared to Toyota and Wiygul. I was greeted by Matt the cutie pie. He was professional and friendly. I came for an oil change and i stayed until they finished with my car. The waiting area was okay, but a bit warm. I am someone who loves cold and cool rooms. It would've been nice if they had the waiting room at a room temperature of 70°s. It was 80 degrees inside. I should know because my house is always at 70°s. Anyways overall i am happy with the service and satisfied with the price. Matt took his time explaining all the things that i need to repair or consider repairing. He seems a genuine good guy, but i have my skepticism about all mechanic people, because of my past experience with Wiygul. I will return to this place for my next oil change, only then i will upgrade my rating from 4 to 5 stars. I felt welcomed though. The guys arent bunch of weirdos who stare at you or anything, they seem really professional. Thanks Craftsman!”

Booked an appointment easily for the next day with plenty of time slots available. Dropped off my car around lunchtime after a sideswipe left a dent on my driver’s side panel. They quoted me a fair estimate—not the cheapest but understandable for my first dent repair. They even provided a loaner so I could get back to work, which was a nice touch.
The repair itself is nearly flawless. They don’t do painting, but their manual dent repair is spot on. The small scratches and scuffs left are just where the paint chipped, which I’ll touch up with OEM paint. Overall, very satisfied with the quality of their work and the smooth experience.”

“We have been taking our cars to Gary and his team for several years now. They have never failed to provide uncomparable service, with fair and clear rates, as well as detailed descriptions of proposed work. And most importantly they keep track of what our car services our car has had done and what it needs and have always kept an open line of communication via phone text and email.
Here's another small but huge thing for me: a few years back my daughter and I were on vacation and had an issue with my car's starter. We were 4 hours away from Preferred but I called them anyway. I spoke to Todd (a dream!) who quickly diagnosed the issue over the phone. Because they keep such accurate records of our vehicle he was able to tell me when that part had last been addressed and explained why it may have been an issue now. He even offered suggestions for how to find a reputable shops for the repair as well as parameters for a fair pricing.

“We just recently moved from Delaware to Virginia, and on our way back Delaware for an important meeting, I had a flat tire. Luckily, I saw this Shell Gas Station with repair services. I spoke to the guy at the counter and asked if they can fix my flat asap because I have to drive back to Delaware for an important meeting. At first he said 45 mins but will see if there’s anything he can do. Went back to my vehicle and 2 mins after, a mechanic walked towards me and fixed my tire. Unfortunately, I was in a hurry that I wasn’t able to get the name of the guy, but hey, you got another customer because we moved 2 mins away from the shop. Thank you for being considerate.”
“I would highly recommend anyone looking for work on their car to look at getting help at Auto Clinic. After being told by a dealer mechanic that my car's power troubles were due to a shot transmission that needed replacement, I searched around to DMV area for quotes and chose to go with Auto Clinic due to their competitive pricing. The team at Auto Clinic was quick and responsive, reliably communicated throughout the process, and were able to replace both the transmission and a catalytic converter that were found to be the source of the problem. The car runs well and like it did before all the power trouble thanks to their work”

Donald was the body tech. He made my car look perfect! David was the painter. I can't tell what he painted...no paint lines or variances in the color. Marlon was my service advisor. He was friendly and professional. I was able to pick up my car on the day it was promised. This is a before and after shot. The before shot doesn't really show all of the damage. The after shot has Donald and Tre in it.”

“This is the nicest group of guys ever. My 2011 Mazda broke down and i got it towed there just because it was the closest auto shop. They ran a diagnosis (very quick!) and although I decided not to pay for the repairs and just get rid of it, they still went above and beyond to ensure I had a good experience. When I went to get all of my stuff out of my car before getting rid of it, it had started to rain and one nice man even offered to hold an umbrella over me while I cleared it out. 11/10 customer service. I can't speak to their actual repair-jobs, but I'm sure it's also five stars. Thank you, guys!”

“County Transmission was referred to us by a friend. My wife has a 69 Camaro that has been sitting because of transmission problems. County rebuilt the 700R4 transmission and took great care of the car. We took it to its first car show in over 9 months, it shifted amazingly. “I had put on brakes and rotors by myself and still had vibrations when braking hard and suspected a rotor problem even though they were new. I brought it to J&F to have them check if it was the rotor and they confirmed that the rotor was the issue. I was going to return the rotor to where I bought it but they said they might be able to file down the high spot so I said give it a go. The filing down improved it but did not fix it, so I said I'll just pick it up. They said it would be no charge since they said they weren't able to fix it. I said let me pay you since you spent time to diagnose and attempt to fix it and they said no, we'll see you next time - what a wonderful business experience!”
