“I brought in a bunch of games to have checked out and sold. The process was very simple, but I called/emailed first of course. This place has such a nice atmosphere! Haha, it made me want to keep the games I sold! I’m a little old person now… and well, I just don’t have the time to game like I used to. So, I’m glad I got to sell the games at a fair price :) Great store and friendly staff.”

“Just wanted to drop a note to say the employees are absolutely wonderful. We were in there this weekend on Saturday, which in hindsight was an overwhelming day to bring five little boys to look for their Christmas wish list. My nephew was not having it with the crowds and lack of nap, etc. He was just inconsolable and one of your employees, whose name I forgot to get, noticed and instead of being irritated helped deescalate the situation so that we could let the other kids finish looking around. She was so kind and gave him a little piece of Lego which was so kind and worked like magic. She really saved the outing for us and did it with such kindness rather than judgement. He felt very seen and special. Thank you so much!”
“I’ve been consigning at Kid to Kid since my daughter was a toddler. She’s now 11. The process is seamless, the service is great, and they have so many quality items (new and gently loved)! Now I shop for my niece and nephew - 3 year old twins - who live overseas. It’s also a wonderful feeling to know that the clothes your kids have outgrown are going to families at a great deal. “Took my granddaughter here to celebrate her birthday. This is a large store and overwhelming at first. There are 2 levels. Several play areas. And lots of dolls! The restaurant and salon areas looked cool, but we're closed when we were there. We will definitely go back to experience those. Employees were friendly and helpful, but gave us plenty of space to enjoy the experience.”

“A shoutout for the curbside service. We were going to a birthday party, but my kid fell asleep in the car. I called the store. They helped pick the toy, gift wrapped it, and brought it to my car. All done within 10 minutes.We also visit frequently when my kid is awake to pick up birthday presents. The store has great toy selections covering a wide age range.”
“We have now built 3 bears in the past month on two separate occasions (grand parent birthday and overnight stuffies foe the kids for their 1st sleep over with grandma). The stuffies are so soft and they were great at the store helping us through the process!”
“Lil Waffle said "if they just stayed put at the register..." As if they don't have two floors of toys to stock and clean up after your poorly supervised children. You just want this small business with 4 rooms, 2 floors, and 3 exits to sit at the register and wait on you? Then when you leave, they can just spend the whole night doing everything else required to run a business. Even Walmart cannot stand by their 45 registers waiting for you, Walmart makes you check out yourself and then audits your work ethic on the way out. Idiot.”

“Mind Games says that it is the creative shop for minds at play. In some areas they are highly successful. They have the largest and most diverse collection of jigsaw puzzles. I have a friend who loves jigsaw puzzles and she would thoroughly enjoy the store. I also really liked their sword collection. They had a beautiful collection of swords hanging near the main desk. There were a few cute animated toys, such as a small race course near the front entrance of the store. I did feel it was really small, even for my young grandson. I was fascinated by this toy bird that continued to fly circles around the ceiling near the entrance. Service was great. I was offered help as soon as I entered the store. They were very nice. I didn't ask any prices, so I can't really speak to the cost value. I would call this a niche store. It is for people who have an interest or niche that they are in search of. I am still wondering about that bird flying overhead. Pretty cool toy.”

“No one harassed me when I entered the store. When I needed help, Miracle was right there…ready, willing and able. I was returning a pair of sneakers from Christmas and this was two days later. And everyone was still awesome!! They actually didn’t have the size, so Miracle found a store that did (Pentagon Mall) and gave us the name of the associate over there to ask for. We did just that, and the Pentagon Mall employees were equally as fast, friendly and helpful! Thank you Journey! I’m coming back!”
“10/14/23While shopping at Fair Oaks Mall,One of the first things I saw was a soft furry fox that had me at hello. These stuffed animals were on sale for $21.99. If I bought one, you get the next one at half price. I ended up buying a Tanjaro: Drangon Slayer Plush Doll for a friend of the family. I just looked at my receipt and my fox (Who's name is Celeste Colgate Fox) is labeled as a Red Panda). Okay, my black and red fox is a panda. Cool beans.Either way, Colgate is happier being in our home, than by herself. I carried Colgate around the store while my wife was shopping. When she and her friend were ready to leave, it was clear I was going to by Colgate.Guess my wife turned me on to stuffies. I now own three. Two from Build A Bear and one from Go Calender. Speaking of which, we do need a new calendar, but it will have to be one we both like. I did not care for the NFL calendars I saw. The ones I saw were not my team.I am glad we stopped by this store. We will have to do it again.”

I tried to call the store this morning to find out what we can do because one of my daughters earrings already fell out when she was sleeping I have never had that happen before and can't get ahold of anyone in the store. “I am a Popmart purist because there are way too many scammers out there but it was really hard to pass up the Stitch Hacipupu I discovered in the store earlier this evening. I knew they were difficult to find-even from resellers-and the price of $130 wasn’t too bad.
When I was checking out I asked if I could return it if it doesn’t authenticate and was told no, which I wasn’t too happy about. I bought it anyway because fake or not my daughter LOVES Stitch, and I’m so happy I took the risk!! They gave me the shrink wrapped box and when I scanned it after purchase, it was authentic! My daughter took it out of the box the second we got home and he’s perfect ?. Everything he’s supposed to come with was in the box and he’s in perfect condition. I could not be happier!
A note about the prices: there is obviously an upcharge over retail for the items, which is a small price to pay to ensure that they are authentic. I’ve gone to mall stores in other states and they unapologetically charge $100 for a Lububu regardless of series. I won’t buy over retail something I can get relatively easily on my own and I have good luck with Labubus, but I was impressed that they were charging 20-40 dollars less for Labubus than I’ve seen charged in other places.
