I stopped into Ace Hardware looking for license plate screws for my car that weren’t a common size. I had my young son with me, and Jeff immediately took the time to understand what I needed. Not only did he track down the correct screws, but after noticing I was with my son, he went above and beyond by coming outside and helping me install the license plate on my car.

“I was at a friend’s wedding, there to officiate, when disaster struck. The arch they were going to be married under needed to be assembled but no one could find the screws that came with it. An hour before the ceremony. I ran to the nearest hardware store in my suit to find a box of screws. After some frantic looking around, an employee asked if he could help. I explained what I needed, and within a couple of minutes I had a 20 count bag of screws to do the job. I went to pay, he said to just take them, clearly I needed them quick fast and in a hurry. The parking is convenient and right in front of the store. I buy new tools and supplies from this store, or through my rep and pick it up from here. I also bring tools for service as well.”
