Home loan failure with NF. I've been a member since 1996. I have a 800 credit score, retired, and enough cash to buy the house yet this is the worst experience I've ever had getting a loan. Needs major work in the loan department.

Avoid this branch at all costs. The customer service there is absolutely terrible. They seem completely clueless and are wasting your time. Save yourself the headache and go to a different branch.
