Terrible customer service. Told me I needed an appointment but no one is available and then they couldn’t schedule an appointment to set up an account because I didn’t have an account to get an appointment. There are way better options for banking than this place

I went yesterday to cash a check for $400 dollars, that was an overcharge they did to my account, I do have an account with them and it took more than 20 minutes, the woman didn’t know what she was doing, it was terrible ……. I want to take my money out of that bank!!!!

This place is extremely slow 25 min to cash two checks ridiclious there's o ly one or two people in this location that are quick but they don't work every day so DO NOT go here on your lunch break if you do might as well eat while you wait
