“Our car died on Monday, and on Tuesday the mechanic called to tell us it was a do not resuscitate situation. Buying a car the week before Christmas was definitely not on my bingo card. I found the car I wanted Tuesday afternoon, and my husband met with Pedro to test drive an Audi Q3 — he loved it. From there, everything moved quickly and smoothly. I submitted my paperwork, and I was able to bring the car home on Wednesday.
Pedro was amazing throughout the entire process — laid-back, kind, and there was absolutely zero pressure at any point. I had most of the process completed ahead of time, so I was only at the dealership for about 1.5 hours. The car was detailed and came with a full tank of gas, which I really appreciated. Gabby was also very helpful. I’m truly grateful for how easy and stress-free Pedro made what could have been a very overwhelming situation.”

“Abraham quoted me $149 a tire which is the reason i went to R&R. I was also told my appointment would be from 4-5pm
I received my quote and they charged me $298 a tire AND my appointment was actually 4-6pm and i ended up waiting there for over 2 hours. I should've just gotten my wheels done at the dealership since they were the same price.
Update: The manager made things right. He called me and apologized for the discrepancy and refunded me the difference. Im pleased to say that with the level of transparency with this company I will get tires through them again.”

“Just took delivery of a 2024 Tahoe that was ordered thru R.K. My sales associate (Chris Lambert) was intelligent, professional and easy to work with. One would think that ordering a car on line is easy, but I found that I was selecting options that I thought I needed and when I sat with Chris and talked about the options the list was narrowed. “Japanese Auto Masters was recommended by a friend. I needed my tranny fluid flushed and changed, but knew it required a specific type. David assured me that what they use is compatible with Toyota's WS ATF. I was concerned as my experience with auto shops is not the best. But, given my friends satisfaction with their service, I requested the tranny fluid and brake fluid be flushed and changed and the front and rear differential fluid and transfer fluid be changed. They did a superb job. No issues at all with the truck and the price was very fair. They also called me to say that I needed to replace my wiper blades and cabin filter. I have them the go-ahead. I really like these folks! Friendly, courteous, trustworthy, and fair! I couldn't ask for more! I enthusiastically recommend Japanese Auto Masters for any service needs. You won't be disappointed.

Both gentlemen were efficient and took care off everything...no problems. Even garage crew were friendly. So nice that there are businesses that appreciate their customers. I'll be recomending this location whenever discusssion comes up.”

“From now on, this is the only place I will go for auto services! I tried a few other places before, and Christian Brothers far outshone them all, from the clarity of the estimate and inspection report to the quality of the service I received. The people are so friendly, and when my inspection was done they talked me through everything they found. I also was able to use the shuttle service, which took away the stress of trying to find someone to drive me there and back while my car was being serviced. You pay a bit more for labor I think, but for me it was worth it. 10/10!”

“Brought my Grasshopper mower starter in today. It has been slow starting and sometimes just wouldn't start at all. It was analyzed very quickly and repaired with new brushes and a solenoid. These guys are the best at what they do and they do it for a fair price. All customer service company's need to provide service like Brownings and we would all be a lot better off....Obviously, I totally recommend them for any starter/alternator repairs. You will be pleasantly pleased with their work......”
“I couldn’t recommend a place more than Dustin and his family. For five years he took care of me and my husbands vehicles while my husband was active duty and away. Always was quick to fixing issues on our vehicles and would tell us the truth of what NEEDED to be fixed and what could wait or just simply didn’t matter. They run a business where they truly care for what they do and their customers.”
“This shop is amazing!!!! They did an amazing job fixing my Tesla!!! Not only did they fix my Tesla within a short amount of time they surprised me with a vacuumed and washed car!!! My baby looks brand new! I’m pleased with this location and actually rather use them than Tesla own service center. I had 3 cracks in my windshield and they didn’t have appts but they went ahead and order my windshield and called me when it got there where as Teslas own service center wouldn’t even do that for me and there soon available was Oct 15 just to look at it and then order the windshield which wud have put me over a month driving like that!
These people are the collision center for Tesla but they get u in quicker and work with you better than Tesla service center!!!! Will recommend highly.”

“My car broke down at the 7-Eleven right next door. One of their mechanics, free of charge, walked over and checked out my car. I thought my battery had died. He quickly discovered my battery was fine. The problem was the safety switch on my clutch. This happened on a Friday. Monday afternoon, my car was fixed and back in my driveway. I was very pleased with the friendliness of the staff and the young mechanic. I was impressed with their expedient family isolation and repair.”

“Highly recommended Cavalier Garage! Dropped off my F-150 to get a 4WD actuator installed and they did an amazing job. Based on work done by other shops in the area, I was expecting to have my truck in the shop for a couple of days, I was shocked when Jody called me a bit before noon to tell me my track was ready for pick-up.
