This particular day, I went to Discount Tire at first because it was closer. Mistake!! They took forever and I think they forgot me honestly. Waste of my morning! So I went where I know it is reliable. I will never go anywhere else just because it is closer again. Discount Tire also told me my tire needed to be replaced immediately when it didn't need it. Richard and his guys told me my tire had no major damage so I can go a little longer. Which helped me! Cause I definitely had other priorites to take care of. 10 out of 10! Always come again ??”

“Highly recommend. Brought my Subaru in for 60k checkup. The car has never run so good and they charged $325 less than the dealer. Also, the back hatch wasn't going up all the way and the dealer wanted $150 just to "diagnose the problem". John took a look, fixed it in a couple of minutes at no charge.Only drawback is there is no courtesy shuttle so incurred additional UBER cost.”

I couldn’t believe how well the tires felt when I drove off. I appreciate the service. I only had to wait 30 minutes to get it replace. Keep your receipt because they don’t do warranty but if something happens you will be helped”

“The customer service was awesome as usual. The requested work was performed with precision and care. The exceptional work that wasn’t requested may very well have saved lives. The power steering pump was on its last leg and leaky badly. A weekend getaway could have turned into something much worse had the vehicle hit the highway and lost power steering. We love Canady and Branch. They are honest, compassionate, and they care about your life.I said all that to say; our two eldest children are taking a road trip, I night-dropped the vehicle for an oil change and let the Canady and Branch team know about the trip. They inspected the vehicle as if their loved ones were driving it this weekend and did what had to be done to ensure the vehicle was road trip safe!!!”

“Very pleased with the work that was performed. Got pretty much my whole exhaust redone and they did a fantastic job. The welds were flawless as well as the custom bracket that was made for the setup I had. Dropped my car off Thursday afternoon and they got started on it Friday and finished Friday afternoon. “I have been working here for nearly 4 years now, almost as long as the current owner has been in control of this business. The prices have not changed although they should because since covid the price for everything has skyrocketed. Even the cost of doing business, and minimum wage has gone up too with no change in pricing to accommodate these influxes, so stop complaining, or simply go elsewhere. The hours, all I'm saying is get to us by 5:15p.m. or come back the next morning, 6:00 p.m. is as late as we will be there working on what is already there to be worked on.”

“I have had excellent service here at Salas. They are honest and fair. I brought my car in one time and told them I think I need a wheel alinement because the car was pulling to one side. I dropped it off and they called me maybe 15/20 minutes later and said I just needed air in my tires. They could have put air in my tires / told me the did a wheel alignment and I would have been none the wiser.Another time I brought my Mustang convertible in. It needed an inspection. But the power drivers side window wouldn’t go down. They looked at it and then called and told me the thought they knew what part it needed. BUT if it wasn’t the right part it was not returnable. Then asked me to leave my car overnight. The mechanic had a mustang at home and offered to take the part off his car and then put it on mine to make sure it was the correct part. It was!!! He went above and beyond for me.!!”
