This bank has been nothing but a headache to deal with. Constant account issues made the entire experience frustrating.
It feels like every simple task turns into a problem, and getting anything resolved takes far more time and effort than it should.
Definitely not a bank I would recommend.

Poor customer service at this location and from the customer service 800 number. Can’t think of a worse place to bank.

Closed my wife's and my accounts for fraud didn't call us just sent us a letter. When we went to see why talked to 15 people no one could tell us nothing. Now we cant access our money and was told we would get a check in the mail.
