Lots and lots of parking, brand new and nice inside, friendly staff and a great waiting area, and lots of space in the drive-through lanes.”

“This Navy Federal normally allows me to get in and out quickly.There was no one in line so i was done in 5 minutes. The person at the door greeted me and the teller was nice. They offer lines of credit, debit cards, mortgages, car loans, gift cards and etc. I like purchasing gift cards for birthdays and holidays because its free with no fees to use. That's definitely a plus. I've been a member a long time and my transactions normally are pretty smooth. You will find longer lines around the 1st and 15th. But its not to bad. The credit unions normally have very competitive interest rates and they sometimes offer you perks for referring others to open an account. Some businesses even offer discounts for being a member here. Check them out!!!”

“I have been a member of PenFed since late 2002. Never a single issue caused by anything other than my poor management of my money and credit. Once I got my finances headed in the right direction, I was able to open a checking account and get a Visa Gold. When PFCU's competition would not give me a debit card on a savings account, PFCU did. When their competition wouldn't give a checking account, PFCU did. When I earned it, I was preapproved for a Visa Gold. PenFed is the best bank I have ever done business with.”

Their branch hours are super convenient no matter your schedule, atm’s are located near popular shopping and no fees when using the atm at any 7-11’s or Wawa’s!The customer service is better than any bank/credit union I’ve ever been to. I’ve had my debit card/account hacked (through no fault of NFCU more than once and they have immediately credit all unauthorized charges back to my account.My only complaint would be that if you don’t have excellent credit you’re not likely to be approved for any type of loan despite your length of membership or monthly income.Otherwise, I wouldn’t recommend any other for banking.”
