We had an ac unit shipping from Williamsburg VA to Mi. There was a two day delay on pickup but the delivery was on time in MI. Driver who picked up was polite and professional. We ordered this shipment using freighquote.com. Everything went perfectly. Will use again. Thank you.

I showed up early, was told to wait for a dock. Got one about 2 hours before my appt. They didn't start loading until my appt time?. Took about 45mins to load. There is room for o/n parking and no signs disputing that. B safe.
