Bernie is the best. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The ups store is normally a serious place with dmv vibes and isnt typically a place you walk out of with a smile on your face but thanks to Bernie doing business here is not only efficient but enjoyable.

This is my local UPS store, it’s conveniently right up the street from me. I always get 5-star service at this location. Bernie always greets me with a smile, and asks me where I’ve been if he hasn’t seen me in while. Service is top notch!!! 10/10 - Highly Recommend!⭐
