“Needed some help with my cell phone. I also needed to go over the possibility of a new plan, and the possibility of a new phone for one of my family members. Everything was accomplished quickly and efficiently and reasonably. The employee I worked with is named Ken. He was considerate and understanding of my need to keep my sunglasses on due to eye surgery. He even lower the shades in the building to reduce the sunlight for me. I have been with Verizon for over 30 years, and this was the best experience to date.
