“Maybe I just got lucky, but I never had any problems with Telcom. I lived in an apartment that contracted exclusively with Telcom, so I was hesitant at first as I usually prefer Verizon Fios. That said, I never had a single problem with them. The implementation employee was super friendly and helpful, and once I moved in I was surprised how fast their service was. Consistently got 500 Mbps download speed, and never had any issues streaming or working from home. I had the second best internet package they offered. When it was finally time to move out, I was surprised how easy it was to cancel service. Just one email and the agent closed out my account quickly and efficiently. Given the amount of 1 star reviews maybe I was just an anomaly, but I’ve had 10x more issues with Cox cable than I’ve ever had with Telcom.”
