“I came her to help handle some banking things for my elderly father, and I will say that everything went according to plan. Our banker, Vicky, was very nice, super friendly, and very helpful. She was more than happy to answer all of our questions regarding the different types of accounts available at BayPort. The only downside to this credit union is that there are a few branches in the Hampton Roads area, so it might be difficult to deal with the credit union if you live outside of the area. At least on the few times that I have visited the credit union, the wait time was very minimal.”
“Our member specialist handled a difficult fraud case with compassion and efficiency. It took us about 2 hours to reset all of our accounts. She made a bad situation bearable.”

“This is a really really nice bank location. It's fairly central and easy to get in and out of with multiple entrance points and location at a red light intersection. Lots and lots of parking, brand new and nice inside, friendly staff and a great waiting area, and lots of space in the drive-through lanes.”

“I just need to give Stephanie a shoutout for all her help! In 2018 we started the divorce process and she was so patient with helping us as we figured out some of the financial aspects, including assisting us with getting my car put in my name with a new loan. The timing wasn't right (read: we were a mess and didn't have anything together on our end.) She was patient and understanding. When I went back months later she really helped me look at things from every angle and helped me see all my options- not just the ones that would be beneficial to her/Bayport. I really felt like she scared and made an effort to make a genuine connection. She is a delight to be around and I will drive out of my way to visit this Bayport location just so I can continue doing business with her. On a more general note about this branch- it's in a convenient location. My interaction with the tellers has been positive. There is plenty of parking.”

“This is my branch! Tried to use others in VB but no, this is the branch to use. The manager is a treasure, always helpful but she does not suffer fools. I had an issue and they resolved with patience and kindness, I was obviously frustrated but the staff and especially the manager showed nothing but understanding and grace. Even when I got upset, I was assured my issue would be resolved and it was, beyond my actual expectations! I have nothing but appreciation and thanks for the services this team provides!”

“I had a great experience with service at this location in Virginia Beach. It's located near the Town Center and there is ample parking available. I came in to get information about my account so that I could link some online banking services up. The young man who assisted me was pleasant and was able to get all of the information I needed quickly. He even was able to help me set up an additional saving account that ended up being a better version of the one I already had. Overall, I really enjoy working with Langley as my primary bank and the service at this branch is excellent.”

“I have been a member of PenFed since late 2002. Never a single issue caused by anything other than my poor management of my money and credit. Once I got my finances headed in the right direction, I was able to open a checking account and get a Visa Gold. When PFCU's competition would not give me a debit card on a savings account, PFCU did. When their competition wouldn't give a checking account, PFCU did. When I earned it, I was preapproved for a Visa Gold. PenFed is the best bank I have ever done business with.”
