“I'm a first time shopper at the princess Anne kohl's location and will be shopping at the chain again. When shopping looking for a nice suit jacket and button up shirt for my son's senior prom. We were greeted after walking in and asked if we needed any assistance. I absolutely love the exceptional customer service we received, after working 24 years in retail I will be returning. This is how you are supposed to operate a store and my son was pleased from the management helping us to find the men's department. They have delivered items my wife and I, had purchased from the Joint Base Little Creek Navy Exchange furniture store on six different occasions over a two-year time frame, they off-loaded several large boxes, on each delivery, and put items where I requested, and each time they went above and beyond the scope of their normal delivery. Kelvin and Jessie had contacted me ahead of time, and said they were on their way and would be arriving at my home in thirty minutes, they arrived on time as stated. They got right to work and being mindful of keeping our home clean, their customer service is bar none, the best I’ve encountered in quite a while, with their positive and can-do attitude Jessie and Kelvin made sure to put the needs of the customer first.Starting from initial contact, their introduction, delivery, and performing the job as promised, performed a full inventory of what they delivered to ensure there were no issues. After assembling the furniture they made sure to remove all packing materials and boxes from the premises, They delivered a beautiful product and left as though they were never there. “I rarely go to this Target because there’s one closer to my house but I was on this side of town so I stopped at this one real quick. I am a self checkout type of gal but the line was long and so I went to one of the open registers and I seriously had the sweetest cashier!! She was friendly and helpful and super respectful! It’s so refreshing meeting a young person in customer service with such great manners and who doesn’t look like they hate their job. Thank you Adalee (sp?) for the great experience!
I do want to point out there was an older cashier maybe in her 50’s who was very rude to one of the young girls trying to relieve her for her break..Not sure why she was so snippy but the poor girl was clearly only doing what she was told and that lady was not having it… I definitely won’t be going to that ladies line if I ever stop by this store again in the future! Yikes!”
