“I have had a storage unit at jackrabbit on Witchduck Road for more than 10 years. I have found it to be convenient always clean and serviceable well maintained with very good security. I have found the management of that facility to be able to be worked with when I considered things that didn't meet my expectations. In every case I was met with a very positive and open willingness to work together. I highly recommend this facility for those who need storage who are located within a reasonable distance. Be happy to speak to anybody about this. I'm very satisfied.”

“I used to have a storage unit somewhere else and it was disgusting; and on top of that they kept raising my payments. But jack rabbit storage is not like that at all. They are very clean and are always up-keeping the place. They did raise my payments but it was only $10 (not $150 more) and it is worth it. I love this place and will tell everyone to use them!!”

“I recently rented a Class B Box truck from this location. LJ in the office maintained communication from start to finish and was very prompt in her replies. I had an issue arise during my rental and the staff at this location not only resolved my issue, they went above and beyond and made sure I was beyond satisfied with the resolution. I was very pleased with the experience and would not hesitate to use them again for my next commercial rental needs.”

“I was having a really rough moment and phone customer service wasn’t helpful, so I came into this U-Haul location instead. Chris immediately made a joke that lightened my mood, and both Chris and Chantel B had such positive, calming energy. They fixed my issue quickly, made me feel at ease, and completely turned my day around. My experience with them was nothing less than amazing. I will definitely be renting from this U-Haul location again for my move next month.”
“Rented an absolutely horrible car. Worst I’ve ever rented. That said, Three, the gentleman at this location was absolutely wonderful. The car was so bad that it wasnt even able to be re-fueled due to a damaged fuel filler. The district manager, Sheila Williams, did nothing at all to help in fact she tried to charge me $10/gallon for the fuel when it was impossible to add fuel!
But Three was great! Very professional, and apologetic. I would rent from him again in a second. He agreed the car shouldn’t have been rented. Three should be the district manager.
I called the 800 number and they were awesome. They not only refunded the amount Shelia overcharged me but refunded the entire rental amount! So what started out as a bad experience ended up being very fair”
