“The Chesapeake store, located in Greenbriar Mall, is hands up my new favorite shoe store. The store is clean, the staff is pleasant and this is the place if you like retro or hard to find shoes. on top of that, both times I received excellent suggestions from the staff. Pursuit is Perfect for all shoe Purposes.”
“Had to find an outfit for my dad to wear to an upcoming wedding. Darryl was very friendly, patient, and accommodating during the experience. My dad was able to find a jacket and pants with no issues. Darryl also assisted with getting my dad’s pants measured for tailoring. It was a quick and efficient process. I also have to get my fiancé a suit, so I will definitely be coming back.
Update: I ended up coming back with my fiancé to get his suit after his shift at work. It was late, so the store was empty. Jasmine was very helpful, finding us the correct sizes and checking what was in stock. Again, a seamless experience.”
“There was a misunderstanding on my part of booking the appointment, and a misunderstanding, when I showed up for my appointment. Even though it did not work out to bring my son in for his prom rental, the owner reached out personally to talk about this matter with me..that is reason enough that I would recommend Miguel’s in the future and will visit again soon. She was very honest and knowledgeable on everything from fitting, styles, and so much more. She educated me on what you should were for different occasions and even suggested what style of shoes I style with the type of tux I was getting. Overall the service was excellent. “Went in yesterday with my Mom to purchase new shoes. When we walked in we were immediately greeted by Travis. When looking for a specific pair of shoes Travis was very helpful finding what I was looking for and even providing information on which shoes would be more beneficial to me! When they didn't have the pair of shoes that I picked out Travis took the initiative and found a beautiful alternative pair in my size. During checkout he also suggested I sign up for their rewards program and I saved 15% on my purchase! Overall, my experience was wonderful thanks to Travis' excellent customer service!”

“Went to Buckle for the first time today, I’ve never shopped in this store or any other location before. I needed some new clothes to freshen up my wardrobe. I saw a shirt I liked on the mannequin and an employee named Ashley came up to me to see if I needed assistance. I haven’t had a great experience shopping for clothing the last few years after having a baby and Ashley made me feel great and the shopping trip even better. I ended up leaving with several cute shirts that I probably wouldn’t have even picked up off the rack. Thanks for a great trip and confidence booster!”

“Wish I could give more then 5 stars. I was having hard time getting shirts for my groomsmen for my wedding. I called spoke with Kelly and she did some searching found out that the company will be shipping the shirts out again Nov 1. I got the shirts today 10/23/21. Not only did Kelly help get the shirts I wanted she was able to find a shirt for my ring bearer. With the shortages going on I thought I would had to change shirts and colors. Kelly was so nice and helpfull.”
“I'm a first time shopper at the princess Anne kohl's location and will be shopping at the chain again. When shopping looking for a nice suit jacket and button up shirt for my son's senior prom. We were greeted after walking in and asked if we needed any assistance. I absolutely love the exceptional customer service we received, after working 24 years in retail I will be returning. This is how you are supposed to operate a store and my son was pleased from the management helping us to find the men's department. To finding the suit jacket shoes and shirt, we had help all around the board. Thanks for making our shopping experience all that and more.”

“The experience here was fantastic. I never have owned a pair of boots and didn’t know anything about boots or how they should fit or how the jeans should fit with them . Well. Ashley fixed all the that. She was like my personal assistant and even tolerated me going through 20 pair of boots. She is the best. Seek Ashley out when you go there and you won’t be disappointed. Also, In case you’re wondering. I went to six different places looking for boots in the boot barn. Did have the best selection in the most sizes. Start here first.”
“The customer service at this LLBean is phenomenal! I went in earlier this week to get a custom Boat and Tote bag to gift my friend at her bridal shower this weekend. When I explained this to the associate who helped me, she informed me that the person who runs the embroidery machine was only working that day for the whole week. The workers went out of their way to ensure that I would have the bag in time for my friend’s bridal shower, and the bag was ready later that evening. They even went so far out of their way to include a card inside the bag congratulating my friend. I have always loved LLBean, but this just solidified my continued support of this store and the company in general. The bag turned out amazing, and I know my friend will love it.”

“I had the lovliest experience and it's all thanks to a young sales associate named Kaylee . I almost didn't purchase anything and walked out of there empty-handed but Kaylee was able to find a few things for me in the bathing suit section and help pick out some really flattering pieces. She also brought back a few dresses and coveralls for me to try on while I was trying on the bathing suits. She didn't have to do any of that but I ended up finding a beautiful bathing suit, and two coveralls that she had picked out. I really appreciate the experience and was happy to find a flattering bathing suit based on her recommendation. Overall a unique experience that I don't think I've ever had the pleasure. This came extremely natural to the young lady and made me feel comfortable. She deserves a raise.”
“I didn’t buy shoes here but Andy helped us out for about 30 mins with shoe after shoe. He asked some questions and went to the back for the shoe. (Mind you we have a growing tween and we for some reason couldn’t get the right fitting for him) —- “we” meaning my husband and I. After 3 sizes and 5 different shoes… we figured it out. My son’s shoe size and the shoe he wanted. And of course it’s the most popular shoe and size in men and probably the most expensive shoe they had was what he wanted. So… I give this post a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ review was because of Andy. He was pretty much the only one helping us the whole time we were there. We even had the same parent dilemmas with growing tween boys with shoe sizes. Such a sweet, friendly and attentive person! Thanks, Andy!!! We hope you stay! Your customer service was great! Sorry we didn’t get to buy from you. He even suggested that we call the store first before coming in and see if the store had it in stock. Anyways. Happy Holidays!”
