Jackie, the UPS agent was so efficient and friendly. being an older adult she was very patient with me. I had brought the wrong QR code to the store. She explained to me that I could take a picture with her camera and she helped me to get that correct QR code from the company I could’ve never done this without her.

The Sales Associate, Raphael, was friendly and super-helpful. By suggesting UPS Ground rather than the flat rate Air plan that I came in with, he saved me over $100 for probably the same delivery dates, but just not guaranteed like Air would’ve been.
