“Food Lion is the least expensive of the Warrenton supermarkets. Helpful, friendly staff, and small enough that when you realize you forgot to pick something up on the other end of the store, it's not painful.”
“They were out of pork tenderloin but I was able to find a pork loin wrapped in bacon as a substitute. The selection here is somewhat limited so be prepared for that, although the prices are reasonable compared to other grocery stores in Warrenton.”

I had an exceptional experience at Giant grocery store today thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by Brianna from the deli department. I was having trouble finding gelatin, and Brianna went above and beyond by coming out from behind the counter to assist me. Her personalized help and friendly attitude made my shopping trip a breeze.
I truly appreciate the dedication and initiative shown by Brianna. It's rare to encounter such exceptional customer service these days, and it definitely made my day. The staff at Giant, especially Brianna, are a testament to the store's commitment to customer satisfaction.

“ITS ALL ABOUT THE PEOPLE!!! I just moved here from the West Coast and the folks here are so southernly helpful in their customer service. & there is no better example than Charles!!! I ran to Giant 30 minutes before closing last night for much needed OTC meds for my under-the-weather wife. Only to get to the self checkout and realize I'd forgotten my credit card - when Charles, who was manning the scanning checkout, noticed my predicament and said "this looks important", pulled out his credit card, charged the $13 for my wife's meds and said "pay me back when you can". I'm confident this is not the first time he's helped out someone in-need!!! THANK YOU CHARLES”
