“I stopped by and was greeted with a friendly welcome. Fast service, good cheeseburger, and the hot dogs are really flavorful, like a kielbasa or something, they're delicious. Nicely done. Sodas were less expensive than at other stores, and the owners were there and so nice. I'll be back, and if you read this review, you should stop by and give them a try. Really nice, cozy shop, with delicious food, and the pickled eggs I bought tasted just like my grandma's recipe. Nice memories, cute country store, with a little bit of everything, along with a nice deli / diner. Really cool.”
“I'm Polish and i thought i had to travel up to DC to get decent kielbasa, I was thrilled when I discovered I could get such good kielbasa, both smoked and fresh at International Foods in Harrisonburg. The breads are old world and great. They even have frozen cabbage rolls (halupki). A great treasure for us Slavic people in the valley and beyond.”

“I wish this Food Lion was able to train other Food Lions how to run! Staff was personable, helpful and overall seemed to enjoy there jobs. Store was well stocked and very clean. Even the parking lot was maintained with shopping carts all being hauled inside and a gentleman sweeping up trash.”
“The Cashiers Are Friendly and Nice. They Are Great About Pointing You In The Right Direction When You Need To Find Something. The Prices Are Little High for Quite A Lot Of The Items But The Selection Is Good. There Have Been Issues With The Fresh Produce Being Spoiled, Moldy Or Rotten (Not Usually An Issue). It's Very Convenient If You Don't Want To Travel All The Way Into Harrisonburg. They Sell Alot Of Local Items As Well. I Would Recommend If You Need To Get A Few Items But Not A Whole Shopping Trip. The Fresh Food They Sell is Absolutely Delicious And They Try To Switch It Up Every Day. All In All A Store That Deserves A Visit.”
“Really good chicken sandwich. Also like the chicken salad sandwich. Is currently decorated for the fall, looking very fancy. There is also a broad selection of other goods, ranging from drinks and snacks, to engine oil and flashlights. Fresh coffee every morning. Also live bait. A good place to go if you need to grab a hot drink or some lunch.
I may be slightly biased tho. :]”

“Low prices, great quality! The self checkouts are convenient. However, staff is always minimal, so it can be difficult to get assistance if you need it. Plenty of parking, but it can be difficult to get out of the lot if you’re trying to turn left during a busy time of day.”
“Really nice market specializing in Latin and South American foods. Also carry Puerto Rican coffee. Helps if you speak Spanish but not necessary. Cool store. Fresh produce and lots of things you can’t normally find here.”

“i believe their name is Gabriel (platinum hair, real tall) but every single time i’ve ever come in they’ve always been a literal angel. i mean the entire staff here is absolutely excellent (especially cashier Rebecca and Cam in deli!!) but Gabriel especially stands out because of the kindest. i believe G has a leadership role as well, i say this cause i’ve seen them ask others to do specific tasks and it almost seems like their co workers jump to do things for them. there’s alot of respect and love and you can see. employees and staff like this need to be rewarded :)”
“I enjoy going to the Walmart Port road pharmacy nice people. But whenever there's no prescription left on the bottle the doctors want us to go into the pharmacy and they email the doctor. The person helping me looks at me and says there's no refills on here. I think they should just take the bottle and send the email.. I mean people would know if there's no refill. That's just something to maybe help thanks”
“Often little country stations like this are a little scary inside. You really never know what you're going to get. This station is VERY clean, and organized. The staff is friendly as well. I love when i get to travel down 340 because I always make it a point to stop here! 5 stars!”
“Closest thing to an authentic NY/NJ Italian sandwich in Harrisonburg. The wait is a little long, but totally worth. I’ve had multiple different kinds of sandwiches here, like the spicy burrata and the classic Italian, and they are all incredible. Get the add-ons for the sandwiches, it makes them even better.”

“Absolutely best fuel prices in town! Even better if you're a Walmart+ member but that's not essential for the amazing savings. Plus, if you're extra lucky you will run into one of their amazing employees: Justin. He was so knowledgeable and helpful. He definitely went above and beyond with some much needed advice for a struggling customer Glad I found this gem in hburg! This will definitely be my new go to station! “Used to stop here and get a hot fresh BEC multiple times a week and it never disappointed. Today for the first time in over a year I stopped in and asked for one. By the time I walked to the drink cooler and back my sandwich was on the counter waiting for me. Struck me as a bit odd because I've always had to wait on my egg to cook. When getting to work I bite into my sandwich to the vile taste of mayo. Apparently now the sandwiches are basically premade and come loaded with mayonnaise on them. For me that's disgusting and wish I had known before paying for it just to toss in the garbage. I still rate the place 4 stars because it was clean, staff was friendly, and apologetic when I called them about it.”
“Trying to back into a door is a real PITA if you have a truck on either side of your door. Trying to drop a trailer on any drop line us a real PITA. Very tight and the yard jockeys are not up for helping you out much by letting you drop it and they put it in. The older lady in shipping is very nice and friendly. I’d give them a 5 if they didn’t have such a tight lot to work around in.”
“I thought food Lion was the only place that had a MVP discount card,then my lady friend reminded me Kroger has a discount card to. And half of their produce is not rotten on the bottom like Walmarts produce, where are they hide theirs!”
