“Who Knew? Exceptional Fried Chicken at NEER Food Mart!
Fried chicken at a food mart, I don't think so. I was the huge skeptic and so wrong that I was tasked to write this review. Let me tell you—our family of seven was craving that delicious golden goodness, so we held a little taste test: KFC, Popeyes, and NEER Food Mart. Guess what? NEER’s fried chicken was the *hands-down* winner.
Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor that made everyone do a happy dance. And here’s the kicker—NEER is family-owned and operated, using their own secret recipe passed down through generations. So, yes, this isn’t just any fried chicken; it’s a labor of love and probably a lot of seasoning magic.
If you’re tired of the same old chains and want some homemade-style fried chicken that actually lives up to the hype, NEER Family Mart is the secret spot you didn’t know you needed. Highly recommended! Now you know too!!”
“The people who work here are absolutely AMAZING! I’ve always been treated with such kindness. For instance, just now I had a total of $21.05 and tried to give the cashier $22.00 and he told me to only give him $21.00. Yes I know it’s only 5 cents, but it so much more than that. They are great people running a great business. Also their chicken is heavenly ?”

“Love this place. Open to 11 I believe. Sell groceries as well as normal things. Bathroom, wheelchair accessible, cash and card payments. Touch pay can b used here with pumps and inside. Really nice employees and clean store.”
“I made an order for pickup. I didn't realize the app sent it to another state. Haha
When I went in I figured it out. And felt like a fool.
The one royal farms that received the order.(which I had pre paid) refunded my card with no issue.
Then I placed my order in store where I needed to be. The employee was so kind and helped this old lady out.”

“I stop here all the time....actually I live not to far from the Shen.Ave store and I think it's great! The people are AWESOME and the store is well kept and stocked. I've met many people who are customers and they were even friendly and sometimes everybody would just start talking like OLD FRIENDS!!! I JUST LOVE GOING HERE....DONT FORGET TO WERE A SMILE ?”
“Overall, a decent place to purchase gas, and some convenience items on the go. However, the place can become quite congested at times, and several pumps may be taken off line at any given time; thus creating a shortage of pumps that are available. Just look for the yellow bags covering the pump, before pulling in, and shutting of your vehicle.”

“Sunil is a proper bodega boss. His store offers everything one may need in a sudden case of emergency; from batteries, to hygiene, to snacks, to frozen meals, to cigarettes, to a remarkable wine and beer selection, to ice cream, to greeting cards…this place has it all.
And with the friendly demeanor of its owner, this establishment is a sorely needed, and surely fulfilling, presence on the Walking Mall.”
“I stopped in for Tylenol and found the small cans of Starbucks espresso and cream. I think this might be the same as the double shots I used to get but in any case it was delicious and just what I needed. i’ve looked everywhere for them so I was surprised to find them in this little on-the-way spot. The gentleman in the store was very personable and professional.”

“This is hands down the BEST 7-11 in town especially for coffee. Espresso machine is always working, urns are full, iced coffee options include sugar free and cream/creamer selection’s varied and stocked. The others should take note! Thank you.”
“Small truck stop that was what I needed for stop near by. They charge $10 for parking whether for 30 minutes or all night . I paid and stayed the night for early am delivery near by. Staff was wonderful and helpful.”

“Grabbed a breakfast sandwich there before traveling back home from a weekend visit. Was able to construct my sandwich using a computer, choosing bread type, meat, cheese and topping choice. I added some hash rounds to the order, which came out very quick. It was exactly what I expected and not very expensive.”

“I just had a very nasty experience here. After buying $208 worth of diesel, I then bought a gallon of DEF. But the top screw cover to the DEF, fell off when I was filling my tank, and the DEF spilled. The top screw cover was of a poor quality, I must say. I went in to tell the cashier and he asked me to get another gallon of DEF, which I did. After filling up my truck, I went back in to get some hot water and the water spilled on the floor and this cashier of a guy walked up to me and told me to leave.I left and as I was trying to get into my truck, he came out of the store and yelling for me to leave now or else he will call the police. He started taking pictures of my truck.That was when I got upset, because there was no other way I could rationalize his action, other than racism. I went back into the store, paid for the gallon of DEF, I had spilled, reported him to his manager, and declared I was not leaving the gas station unless I am ready to leave on my on volition. Then I demand he deletes the pictures of my truck that he had taken in my presence. He did. Then I left.”

“Easy on and off from 81 with fast food places (Arby's, Taco Bell, KFC, Subway) nearby. Never have to wait for a pump and never more than one person ahead of me inside. Easier for me to get in and out of than Sheetz on the other side of the exit. Last trip I found a Flying Dog summer seasonal that has been sold out everywhere else. Expect hard to find southern hospitality in Northern Virginia. Friendly workers so if you are offended by being called "darlin" this may not be the place for you. The store has a good amount of items for the size but it is pretty narrow aisles and some junky things. Bathrooms are on the outside and can be pretty dirty at times. It'll continue to be a weekly stop for me on my way to WV.”

“Been a Sheetz boy all my life, but objectively the best 24hr gas station with hot food. Cashier is always incredibly pleasant, it's always clean and generally really well priced. Gas pumps are a little clunky, but work fine.”
“My truck blew its radiator cap on I-81, and I managed to limp to this gas station after a little help from VDOT (hat tip to the Safety Service Patrol boys!). The employees were totally cool with us waiting there until help arrived, and were super friendly when we popped in for drinks and explained the situation. Every little bit of kindness and positivity helps when you're having a bad day!”

“I went here to get a drink around 6pm on a Saturday and the store was clean, organized and well lit. The floor wasn't sticky like most 7-11s in the area. The young kid behind the desk was polite to everyone and efficiently helping everyone. I'm happy to see the mobile check out was working because last time I came in a few months back it was not. I did not get gas but I have to mention the gas area was clean, well lit and the garbage was taken care of. Over all great location.”

“Thank you to the store manager who was kind enough to look for my partner's wallet he thought he left behind. Not only did she look, she offered to take my name and number down! No other store did that for me.Sje explained that the current cashier had been there all morning and saw no wallets etc BUT she would still contact me if someone found it. She could tell I was shaken up, without even seeing me in person. She went above and beyond for me. I was so close to having a mental breakdown due to personal immediate family health reasons, then you add on a wallet missing?My partner found his wallet before she could get my name and number. I apologised and she was still kind and offered her condolences. To the woman who complained about getting told to not park there for other business relations. IT'S NOT PUBLIC PARKING, IT'S MEANT FOR 7-ELEVEN CUSTOMERS. Get off your high horse and learn to have some decency.”

“The employees of this business are very nice and helpful. They are friendly and genuinely care for the hard workers in this community. This is my favorite 7-11 and I go there every morning for my iced coffee... between that and getting the chance to see anayeli in the mornings makes my day. I wish I could give them more then five stars because they definitely deserve more.”
