80 Whisk Drive, White StoneWe have been extremely pleased with Bayside Veterinary Hospital. The staff is friendly, helpful and efficient and the doctor is knowledgeable and thorough. We never feel rushed and our concerns are addressed with empathy. Recently, our dog was unwell with what seemed to us as urgent. We called the practice a few minutes before closing and were told the vet had just left for the day but were provided with information on what to do. They said to come in the next morning and would fit us in as soon as possible. We were so happy that they were able to accommodate us giving us peace of mind to get through the night. The level of care and attention we were afforded was exceptional and something that is hard to find these days.

Had called a few days earlier for Fri night reservation for 4 and Owner said it was going to be tough, holiday weekend, a couple of larger than usual parties but a few days later she called back and said she had worked it out! And what an evening with festive friendly atmosphere, great cocktails and 4 creative dinners. Thanks Katie! Looking forward to returning!

Our server appeared to be frequently distracted by her phone, leading to infrequent check-ins and a lack of proactive engagement regarding drink refills, a standard practice that significantly influences gratuity.
A notable issue was the excessive saltiness of the greens, necessitating an effort to locate our server for an item exchange. Conversely, the appetizers were excellent, particularly the dip; however, we again encountered a delay in securing additional bread due to the server's inattentiveness.
As a first-time patron, I had anticipated a higher standard, given the establishment's reputation. Despite the restaurant operating at a low capacity of approximately five tables, the service was unexpectedly slow and deficient. In my professional experience managing multiple airport restaurants, I emphasize to my staff that exceptional customer service not only enhances the guest experience but also positively impacts their earnings and the restaurant's overall standing.
Furthermore, the visible congregation of kitchen and service staff in the front-of-house area presents an unprofessional image.
I intend to revisit, perhaps during the evening, in hopes of experiencing an improvement in service quality.
