Care-A-Lot, 301 Oyster Point Rd, Newport NewsMy go to for all the fur baby goodies and necessities I need This location is conveniently located off two main roads in the shopping center beside cvs and planet fitness I love browsing the aisles for funny dog toys most of which I don't but simply because my big baby destroys everything I hand her hahaha But I usually always find at least one worthy toy and some treats for her The staff her are very pleasant and not overbearing I feel the prices are reasonable and if you go towards the back they Even have free samples near their restrooms sometimes treats or food definitely great to keep for hikes with the pup They also have a boarding area daycare type section and even a groomer I have not used those services yet but soon I might take advantage of that

11105 Warwick Boulevard, Newport NewsWe have had nothing but wonderful experiences here. When our boy had cancer and a bunch of issues, he took care of us. It was very peaceful. Our other dogs absolutely love him. Always thankful for everything he has done.
I’d like to also add that Dr Sket is a small vet office with 2 vet techs that also look like they work the front. Every voicemail I’ve left I’ve always had it answered, if there is an emergency he squeezes me in same day even if fully booked. Yes the wait maybe longer but the emergency vet told me they wouldn’t see him unless he was actively dying. The hours he open are great too because I don’t have to leave mid day for an appointment.
We just added to our family and will be getting our Suki girls shots done here too, as well as the rest of her medical care.

I’ve taken obedience classes with my cattle dog puppy with both Aubry and Angie, and both were exceptional instructors. They provided thoughtful, tailored instruction to everyone in the class and, most importantly, taught skills that are genuinely functional in everyday life.
The instruction was excellent, and I’m honestly sad that we’re moving out of the area and have to leave this school behind. I know we would have continued with future classes and explored multiple disciplines if we were staying. If you’re looking for quality, practical dog training, I can’t recommend them enough!

The brewery was the perfect spot and Brandy was immensely accommodating of all of our needs. We hosted Trivia and Tuan was able to host as an in house vendor which made things even easier! The tend covering made for great shade for the event and the brewery staff was all so kind to our bunch. I am very grateful for this space and will be returning as a regular customer!!

I DoorDash and have pickup and noticed the goodies and it seems to be a popular place for people to hang out, eat and enjoy the area inside or outside. I see a lot of younger people with laptops that I assume are students doing their work. It reminds me of how Starbucks once was, except the focus is on mind blowing pastries.
I bought the Mango Cloud cake and as a backup the Cloud Cake #1 which has fruit on the top. The second one was a last minute decision, knowing mom might take her cake to go to another gathering and we will be wanting some.
