I went through with a prepaid order there were two people on self-checkout helping people neither one of them was helping anybody and yet they still sent me over to customer service instead of pulling their phone out and scan in my receipt and looking at my one item.”

It’s so hard to find people who are genuinely kind and care about others, and Sharika just exudes kindness. “I needed to grab a few items before heading back to my room for the night and I sought out a Target to go to. I'm not sure when this one was built in the area, but it looks to be on the newer side. Walking in it was welcoming and made it feel like it was going to be a simple stop. I walked to where the items were that I knew I was going to need. The one item that I was definitely looking for was an air freshener. I was happy to see that not only did they have them in stock, but many to choose from. Unlike other stores of the caliber. The biggest hold up here was the registers. Most people are ushered to the self checkouts. There were not many regular checkouts open. Not everybody knows how to use the self checkouts, so the ushering of the people here kind of made a bottleneck and backup.”

I've gone there multiple times and it's the same thing. Also the inside smells like grease. Staff is nice though. Last 2 photos go with the new updated review.”

“I just moved here to Virginia 2 year’s ago I enjoy coming to your store I love having mike back he is a good man with a great personality he needs to stay on the 2 Ed shift. In the morning on the way to work some young girl name Brittany she can be nice sometimes she needs to work on how to speed up in the mornings don’t like her to much she can have an attitude ! some short lady has long gray hair and another short lady skinny her name is Tonya she is very nice and helpful she needs to work more on your first shifts they are both really keepers on your first shift take that girl Brittany off the front line she is not made for the front line at all . On the way back home on your last shift there is a very beautiful woman name Venus she cleans really good and really fast on front line on your last shift she is the only one who keeps your store clean I want her number so she can clean my house she always has a smile on her face and a beautiful personality she needs to be a trainer I love the fact she is a volunteer EMT and knows her stuff because I seen her in her uniform and Venus knows Spanish and sign language . I also love your other employees Jenie she is very beautiful and helpful loves to smile on 2 Ed shift Kim and The other manger she is a lady they are both nice and helpful on your last shift at night the man AJ I really like him he is a keeper you should make him a manger for night shift he gets stuff done fast and he has a smile everytime also the lady ANN she is a sweetie and very helpful too !!!! The worse is you have to let that other woman go she so mean all the time and she can’t clean at all she is short has red hair don’t know her name somebody told me her name was Kayla she needs to learn to be nice and come off the front line last night on August 29 th, 2020 My daughter and her friend ask for a pizza she said to us I’m not cooking this late it was only 10:30 pm she is bad news she needs to be fired other then that I love this store !!!! Thank you”

With all the regulations pharmacy techs are under, many of them have become very difficult to deal with. This one is efficient, compassionate, and accommodating like pharmacies used to be. “Rick was really great. He made the process of upgrading my phone easy, and he was really straightforward. He never pressured me, and laid everything out clearly from the beginning. It was actually the best experience I’ve ever had upgrading a phone. I had a lot of questions, and he took his time to explain everything. When my phone transfer time surpassed their closing time a bit, Rick was really chill and never made it feel like an issue. I will 100% go back to see him specifically in the future.”
