As of 2 weeks ago, the hotel was under renovations so they only assigned rooms along the perimeter. The pool was also closed. The front staff was welcoming and nice. The room was fine, nothing fancy. Nice place for families. I especially like their night auditor Kaytia she was absolutely awesome.
Nearby activities: Busch Gardens is a 3 min drive. Water Country is a 6 min drive.

Front desk staff was friendly and courteous. Room was clean and comfortable. Great location and good price. Business center was helpful to get documents done for work. Starbucks coffee in lobby was added bonus. Great pool and hot tub. Gym was small and could use some help.
