“We may have not been able to find what we set out to get but I don’t think I’ve ever been in a 5 below that had people that were so helpful and pleasant to be around.
They went beyond out of their way to help us find the Dandy’s world thing my daughter wanted and, even though they didn’t have it, I feel they couldn’t have done anything more to help than what they already did.
5 stars all the way for this place and I’m very impressed with the employees there.”
“You never know what goodies you will see, something there that you never knew you needed. Been several times since our move to Williamsburg and never disappointed in shopping there. Clean and neat and well stocked on so many everyday products at much cheaper prices found elsewhere. Great adventure in shopping. Highly recommend.”
“This Dollar Tree is more diverse and has more in the grocery aisles than other ones I've shopped at. The refrigerated grocery didn't have eggs when I was there, but they could have sold out. More choices. Items are organized and can easily be found unlike some other stores which like are always restocking or rearranging. I would definitely shop there again.”

The staff is friendly and helpful, and checkout is typically quick and easy. It’s especially convenient for quick trips when we don't want to go into a big box store. “The darker lady (I’m sorry, I should’ve asked for her name) went above and beyond for me. She noticed a balloon I was carrying wasn’t fully enough and filled it with helium without asking. She looked for tape so I could tape it on the birthday bag so I wouldn’t let go of the balloons on my way to my car. I hope she works there more! She was really sweet! I just wish the soda fridge was stocked more often….”
“Store is one of the big store. They show the prices for items. I noticed many stores dont show prices on higher ticket items. Employees are nice and ask helpful. When im out in this area. The shopping mall area is great place to go.”

“I enjoy shopping here due to their affordable prices and occassional discounts off of the total purchases. The selection of items are many and always in stock. I have found the same items at other stores 1 and 2 dollars more expensive than what I found here. This chain makes sure that their prices stay lower than their competitors which keeps their customers coming. The atmosphere is also calming. This is a good place to shop if you like to shop low key and in a relaxing environment.”
